We’ve used Dynamic Carpet Care for years and had great service. Jerry has been out to our house several times and has always been so professional and gone above and beyond taking care of our carpets and offering other services such as stain guarding our new couch! We will only ever use Dynamic and recommend them to our friends!

Great Job dynamic, got out some big stains. Place smells awesome! He was very quick but did an amazing job. 5 stars and will use again! Easy to work with, quick to schedule and very professional.

I chose Dynamic Carpet Care because of the 5 star reviews. They were right! Viktor did an awesome job. He repaired some seams that were coming apart and did an excellent job on cleaning my carpet! My carpet is many years old it looks good as new! He went up and beyond cleaning a portion of my hall and my front bedroom. Don't hesitate to call them. I will definitely be using them again. Professional, fast and polite. Our carpet was bad from a water heater leak but Jerry from Dynamic carpet care fixed it in about 30 minutes. Would use again, he said they clean couches too.

Stanley Steamer is THE BEST! We use them regularly as we have an older dog that has accidents. Each time, the technicians are knowledgeable, congenial and respect our time and property. Today, Joshua was an exceptional technician! He did a great job, worked hard and gave me some pertinent suggestions going forward. Will DEFINITELY use SS again.

Nicholas was AMAZING took care of my problem like a pro, very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did I love the price for an after hours call, but now because of him they will be back to clean my carpets on a regular basis.

Nicholas and Brody did a really good job cleaning the furnace and ducts in my house. In the 14 years I've been here, I was never able to see inside the ducts on the ceiling. They look brand new now! They were both careful, considerate and mindful of my rather picky asks!

Shane did an excellent job and was great to work with! He explained everything thoroughly and spent his time making sure everything was to my expectation. Would definitely use him again!

Joshua did an awesome job cleaning three of our chairs and walk us through the entire process. He was very personable and professional. He even noticed we had some shingles fall off the roof and let us know.

Shane came out today and cleaned the carpet in one of our rental houses and he did an amazing job! There were several stains that we thought for sure wouldn’t come out and he performed his magic. Carpet looks new and smells great! Thank you Shane!

Shane was great! Super friendly and helpful. I had two bedrooms, closets, landing, and stairs cleaned. Very efficient, job was done in less than an hour. Explained everything and was very upfront about the cost, no surprise up-charges! My carpets look FANTASTIC. Highly recommend and I will be a customer for any future needs.

Jordan did a fantastic job. He is friendly but very professional. Worked quickly and did a great job. Pleasant smell but not overwhelming and carpets are not soggy or wet. Highly recommend !

Joshua and James did an absolutely amazing job! They were knowledgeable, super personable and so helpful! Plus they were very patient with my stinky and loud dogs. Would totally recommend them! My couch looks great and even better smells soooo much better!

Do not hire Stanley Steemer to clean your home air ducts. I made that mistake earlier this month and it has been nothing short of the worst customer experience I’ve endured with a company. The crew they sent, Brock and Patrick, damaged my ceiling in 4 rooms, damaged a nightstand in my master bedroom and somehow burned my lawn. There was also a vent in 1 of my spare bedrooms so unsecure that it simply fell off the day after their visit. I had a contractor tell me he could fix everything for approximately $250 and Stanley Steemer offered a $150 gift card towards my next cleaning (LOL!) or $150 refund. That doesn’t even cover the repair costs I incurred. This resolution was offered 10 days after my appointment and shows a lack of urgency and a lack of understanding this situation. This only adds insult to injury and shows how the company does not take what happened serious. I asked repeatedly to speak with their local branch managers but kept having to work with a branch manager in Arizona. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company and again I would encourage anyone looking to have your home air ducts cleaned to work with another company. If I could rate them 0 stars I would and I have attached pictures of the damage for review.

Josh did a great job cleaning our upholstered chairs and ottoman. He was so friendly and efficient; we really enjoyed talking to him and learning tips on carpet and fabric care. We’ll definitely ask for Josh the next time!
