Shane was phenomenal! He explained everything in great detail and told me what my expectations could be. He was on point. He was extremely professional and courteous and kind. We have other work that we will plan to do in the near future and I will definitely be requesting Shane! This house had very dirty and stained carpets. It’s an older home. I wish I had some before pictures. Keep in mind that we plan to rip out the carpet in the near future to replace with hard floors. We just needed to buy a little time to get settled before doing that. The work Shane did exceeded all expectations and made this home livable.

Outstanding service from Ryan at Stanley Steemer! Ryan was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took great care in his work. My carpets look and smell amazing, better than I expected. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in his job, and Ryan truly does. I highly recommend asking for him if you book with Stanley Steemer.

James and Dylan were amazing. They went over all the pricing and what to expect, along with working around our room that is under a renovation. I would recommend them and Stanley to anyone looking to get their HVAC or dryer vents cleaned.

Carpet looks fresh and clean! Josh and Ryan were awesome and so quick. I really thought it would be a long process. Quick and good at what they do. The online scheduling was so easy. It really was the whole reason I went with Stanley Steemer. They contacted me promptly to let me know how far out they were. I called customer service for a general question. The lady on the phone was so nice and made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help me.

Jonah and Josh were absolutely incredible! They made our hardwood floors and kitchen tile look like new again. They explained everything super clearly and finished the labor intensive job quickly and easily. Very friendly and kind, couldn’t be happier with what they accomplished. We will absolutely be asking for them when it’s time for another cleaning.

Jordan White did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He was super professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We would recommend him to anyone needing Stanley Steamers services. He gets 5 stars and an A+++++ from us.

I honestly didn’t even want to have to write this review, but it’s just too many things that transpired that were just poor customer service.

My overall experience with Stanley Steemer was extremely disappointing. Elisha and Ryan did a good job cleaning my carpet and floor but that was all negated with 1st, I was asked if I had a check for payment , and when I said I didn’t, I was told a credit card payment could be taken over the phone. At no point was I informed there would be an additional fee for using a credit card until after the fact. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would have provided another means of payment.

My area rug was then taken off-site to be cleaned, but I was not told how long the process would take. After a week with no communication, I had to follow up myself and was told it could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Something else I was not told upfront about.

When the rug was finally delivered, it wasn’t even my rug. While mistakes happen, what followed was unacceptable. When my actual rug was returned later, it was simply rolled up and brought in — not wrapped or protected at all — despite the incorrect rug previously being returned cleanly wrapped. The difference in care and presentation was very noticeable and felt careless and disrespectful.

Throughout this entire process, I remained calm and patient, yet there was no clear communication or accountability, for the multiple issues. For a service that cost $763, this level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

I will not be using Stanley Steemer again, and I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions upfront about fees, timelines, and handling of off-site items before booking.

Josh did an incredible job today. He was friendly and did great communicating the process, giving recommendations and ensuring I was satisfied with the end job. He saved some upholstered seating that I did have high hopes of getting clean again. He was quick, efficient but thorough in his work. I will absolutely be scheduling again for our carpets now that our chairs (gliders, barstools, dining chairs and accent chairs) turned out so well and hope they send him back!

I had little to no time to get a cleaning done, and not only did Stanley get me on their schedule right away, I had Jonah & Josh at my home right in the projected time frame. They were friendly, professional, courteous and had the job accomplished very well in a more than reasonable amount of time. These gentlemen moved my heavy furniture back, confirming their proper spots. They were very upfront with information and stayed to answer my questions. I am very appreciative of the quick booking and was thrilled with the employees who worked in my house.

Stanley Steemer did an excellent job, and I can’t say enough good things about Shane and Steve. They were extremely knowledgeable about the available products and services and took the time to explain options clearly without any pressure. Their expertise made the whole process feel easy and well thought out from the start.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed everything smoothly—even while coordinating around other contractors on site. Shane and Steve were respectful of the space, careful not to make a mess, and left everything clean and orderly when they finished. The entire experience was seamless and professional, and I would absolutely recommend Stanley Steemer based on their work.

Ryan did a fabulous job on cleaning the sofa made it look brand new and the carpets in the bedrooms . Look brand new. He is kind good worker excellent worker pays attention to detail. Enjoyed him cleaning our carpets and our sofa will definitely ask for him again thank you.

I highly recommend their services, and will be a returning customer. The prices are reasonable and transparent. We had our entire home done, I expected to spend well over $1000. I was surprised the bill was no where near that, as we included add ons the day of. Scheduling was simple and accommodating with plenty of availability. Walked in and got my commercial lease setup on a biweekly cleaning plan with Dylan, and on top of that got a McDouble since his location has a McDonald’s inside! Would definitely recommend WrayCo to anyone wanting some quality work done.

their guttering isn’t any better than their driving. Just blew through a red light getting off of highway 51 on to elm and almost t-boned us. Learn to drive.

Highly recommend Marvin and his crew. They were able to repair my completely clogged downspout and deep-cleaned the gutter inside out. They were upfront about pricing and let us know what to expect.

Great communication! Marvin came out on a Saturday to help solve a water flow issue with our gutters. He was considerate of cost and proposed a practical solution!
