All Pro is the best carpet company I've ever used Tom fink is absolutely amazing man and always respectful he's a very honest and good man seen a review that's completely false! I love using all pro and would recommend to anyone

We've had All Pro Carpet Cleaning clean our carpets twice and clean the upholstery on our sectional once. Both times they were very nice and professional and careful with our furniture. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job!!

All Pro Carpet Cleaning has been one of the best decisions I have made for bringing a company in to clean my carpets. Very reasonable in their pricing and very professional and listen and take their time in doing their job and getting it done right the first time. Hunter called when he was on his way and did a fantastic job in removing many stains in my living area and my children's hallway. I recommend All Pro to anyone and everyone who is in need of any type of restoration and carpet cleaning.

Tom was very responsive and friendly on getting us scheduled for carpet, tile, and area rugs cleaning. Michael and another guy that came out to do the work were punctual, friendly, and very thorough. We haven’t had our flooring cleaned in a while, so they had their hands full! We cleaned 6 carpeted areas, 6 tiled areas, and 3 area rugs done and they all looked and smelled great! We’ve had these areas cleaned in the past but nothing like they did this time! Everything looked immaculate; my husband even complimented on how well our kitchen tiles looked too (never looked so clean with the other cleaners)! I would highly recommend and will be definitely using them again! Thank you!

Hired them to stretch the carpet in our elderly father’s home to get ready to sell. They were paid the day of service. When I came to inspect the work the next day, we found unacceptable work. We have called and sent multiple texts requesting addressing the issues. We have not received any response to date and it has been weeks. We are repeat clients and have always received acceptable service. The lack of acknowledgment or response is very disappointing. We are selling the house to fund our father’s nursing care.

Jesse always shows up when scheduled and is great to deal with. Some of these reviews seem fishy, but I'll let you try them for yourself. We have had great results with them

Jesse was great. They cleaned the carpet, air ducts, and dryer vents all in one shot. Great price too. Everything looks and smells great.

Beware that company does not take checks. Expect credit card prepayment or cash at time of service. Very poor communication - payment policy not communicated properly - even though they advertise half price deals, they have large trip charges, add unwanted services, and have hidden dollar minimum requirement in order to clean. Very disappointed in service.

Hired Pro Steamers to clean carpets in a preowned van. It was a dirty job, but they were thorough and hard working. Highly recommend!

Jesse with Pro Steamers did an amazing job. He cleaned all our vents and the carpets. I have never been disappointed with this company.

I called in to their answering service 4 different times on 4 different days just to trying to schedule an appointment. Every time they took my number and said they would have "one of the guys" call me back. I never got a call and two weeks later I'm still just trying to set up an appointment. I'm seriously confused why they don't want my service and why their scheduling system is so strange to begin with. The last time I called in I told him that it was my 4 time calling in and all he said was "ok....well can I get your number and we will have one of the guys call you back" I asked for a supervisor, an email, another phone number...he couldn't give me anything. They are trained to say that one line and nothing else, I might as well have been speaking to a machine. So I will not be calling back anymore. Don't waste your time with them

I bought my original from Groupon. Talked me into buy more cleanings. Haven't been able to get them to come back & clean. Not sure what recourse I have. I will be talkin to an atty. if I haven't heard from them soon. I have company from out of state coming.

Awful experience! After putting in all of the time and energy to move furniture off the carpet, and taking a half day off from work, they didn't even show up! TWICE. No notice, no effort to make it right. And I had already paid for the cleaning. They have completely ignored my request for a refund. Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company.

Dont give this company your money. I bought a $109.00 package and pro steamers did a no show. I requested my refund. A guy named Jesse is not returning my calls/ texts and ignoring my emails on the refund. I am turning them into the BBB. I am also going to check into an attorney.

Jesse & Jeffrey came to our home & were extremely time effecient, informative & just incredibly nice gentlemen! They told me about some specials they had going on & we happily took advantage of the great deals they offer! As someone with 3 indoor dogs & an infant, I plan to use them frequently!

I bought a Groupon #1 mistake; #2 mistake purchased another 3 cleanings at the same price as the Groupon; and now all of their numbers do not work and I cannot get ahold of them. I know carpet cleaning companies are notorious for closing and reopening the next week under a different name. I don't know about the rest of you but I can ill afford to be throwing away money on 3 cleanings I will never get. If I saw the service tech I would kick his ass (I am a 68 yr old woman) because he assured me they had been in business for many years, they aren't going anywhere, etc. ALL LIES!!!! Truly con artists. If someone from that company reads this I hope they realize they are breaking one of the ten commandments -- THOU SHALL NOT STEAL!!!!!!
