I have been dealing with this company a few years now and have always been satisfied. It was pouring down raining yesterday and the technician called to let me know they were on the way but would be a few minutes late due to the weather. My carpet was cleaned exceptionally well. One advice would be to send them an email of the date you wish to have your carpet cleaned and they will respond to you their availability. I rec'd a response from Jesse the owner within 2 days. I purchased a Groupon for Pro Steamers to clean my carpets and scheduled them to come to my home early July. After they cleaned my carpets I had to pay additional fees (that I was aware of) as well as, pay for a promotional offer for them to return to my home 3 additional times to clean my carpets. However, when they ran my bank card they ran it twice ($195 each!) and double billed me. Being the understanding and flexible person I am, I called Pro Steamers and informed them of the double charge and was very understanding of what happened. I was hopeful I would receive my refund soon without complications. They said they would refund it to my card and it would take a week. Unfortunately, I have had more than 5 calls in to their office and sent 3 emails. Between the calls and emails I kept getting the run-around and fingers-pointing blaming other people. It is now October and I have not received my refund. At this point, I asked for a full refund of the promotion that I purchased, but now my emails are being ignored. I am owed $304 and still have not received any further communication or hopes of my refund. I DO NOT recommend this company. I would hate to see another person in my position and not get their money back. Look elsewhere.

We have 3 dogs and old carpet that really needed refreshing. Jesse did a very thorough cleaning of our carpet and it looks great! Very affordable!

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option! They scammed my DISABLED parents out of $200. They took 2 rugs from them and had them for 2 weeks. We finally got them back and they were just as dirty as when we sent them! You could literally still see the dog hair on them!! Like they didn’t even try! And they were wet still! Like they just splashed them with water and called it good🤬🤬 then when my mom tried contacting them, the owner blocked her on FB without any explanation or refund! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Jesse is always quick to respond and get us scheduled! Very meticulous and offers great solutions to restore our carpet - always pleased and very much recommend!

Jesse responded quickly after our washer was installed incorrectly and it left carpets wet in two bedrooms. We rent, and we didn’t want to get in trouble with our landlords. He was able to remove the carpet without damaging it, and completely fixed the problem, and got rid of the horrible smell. Totally recommend him!

My old carpet looks new again! Jesse did an amazing job. He was very professional & thorough. I will definitely have him come back when I need to have my carpets cleaned again!

My husband and I have used Pro Cleaners for several years and they always take great care of us. They were very accommodating of our scheduling needs and moved my cleaning date up to help me out with doing it quicker for an upcoming event. They cleaned 5 rooms and even though my carpet is ancient in the 4 bedrooms, it looks so much better. Price is fair. Jesse is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend!

I have nothing but praise for Jesse and the company! He repaired and cleaned carpet in my bedroom. Also cleaned my rug in the living room and sofa. Everything was awesome! There were a couple stains he said he would come back to improve removing the stain.

He is the ONLY person that has been paid and said he would comeback finish! I have had all kinds of repairmen get paid and tell me they would be back to finish it. Jesse is the ONLY company to ever do that and keep their word.

If you want honest and best service ever please use them!

Will never use this company again. The hose they used knocked chunks of paint off of the corners of my walls and also left blue stains on the paint. I contacted them several times by email and phone. I even emailed photos of the damage. The receptionist is friendly and says she will have the owner contact me, but that never happens.. I understand accidents happen, but an ethical business would try to make this right.

On another note, I'm not sure how clean the carpet actually gets. I couldn't see much difference. Also, it took 30+ hours for the carpet to completely dry, with ceiling fans on high!

Been using them for years to clean my carpet, the whole house and stairs had carpet. Moved to a new place without carpets however I did need my couch and rug cleaned, was filled with pet hair and more to the point I wanted to throw away, Jesse brought it back to life, he suggested an add on treatment I’m very happy and will continue to trust him.

The cleaners arrived on time and gave us a full explanation of the process for cleaning My bedroom carpeting and my four Turkish rugs. They did a very nice job of protecting my floors, my door jams, making sure I didn’t get excessive amounts of water on my Wood flooring and vinyl flooring. They spent a great deal of time cleaning each Individual carpet area and put fans on my Turkish rugs to help them dry faster. There is a slight smell but it is a clean scent . The carpets really look and smell clean . I am thrilled I finally got
these carpets cleaned and will be using Carpet Renovations again as well, as telling my friends and neighbors About how great this company Is to have in your house cleaning Your carpets properly and using great care doing it. These guys are the amazing !!!!! so don’t hesitate to use them for any of your carpet cleaning needs.

The scheduling is seamless. Danny the technician very communicative of his time. Both techs at the home were very knowledgeable and know their job and how to get tough stains out of the carpet. They both given their best to do the best job they could. We could not be more happy. This is one of the many clients I have referred Carpet Renovation to and they've always achieve above and beyond.

Fantastic customer service yet again. I asked for a reminder for Cleaning in December, and customer service called and schedule the appointment. The deep cleaning made a huge difference in the field of the house. Communication before during and after was fantastic.

David and the other man who helped him did a great job! I am a little concerned about one of the seams in the hallway so will definitely let you know if that falls apart. Other than that I was greatly appreciative of the quick response to my call by Andy and that they were able to get me into the schedule the same day. I will highly recommend you to others.

Carpet Renovations was very professional from start to finish. Scheduling was super easy and they were able to come out quickly. The carpet cleaning itself was fast and thorough. The two guys who came out did a great job and they were very nice! Definitely recommend, we will use them again for any future carpet cleanings!
