Heater stop blowing hot air this morning. I normally would call a service company for repairs, but I quickly identified that the gas valve on furnace went out, so I thought no problem easy replacement ( I was final assembly lead for a local HVAC manufacturer. I worked with massive 140 ton units). Called Lennox of Tulsa (Parts Plus), gave part number and was told yes we have them in stock. I said "great how much?", he said he couldn't sell to me because I don't have an account and have to have a contractor's license to set one up. Okay, I understand protecting your customers business, but not selling me the part at all is unacceptable. I've worked in sales my whole life and every wholesale/distributor company I've seen and/or worked with wouldn't deny a product owner (existing customer of the manufacturer) access to the vendors product, albeit at MSRP or even higher. So I asked for a couple of names of companies that have accounts with Lennox Stores (Parts Plus) so I could purchase the part through them. Not wanting to help me he said he wasn't allowed to recommend any of their customers to me. As a home owner, and owner of several rental properties I will never have a Lennox system installed.

They like to hang up on if you work for another dealer company. If you deal other Hvac equipment they like to charge you more for not only using Lennox. Their warranty process is a joke. Customer service is very poor it makes a 3rd world country look rich. Nobody seems like they want to help you in the store. The quality of the whole process deserves 1/2 a star. They will overcharge you get ready for high prices.

I would never personally own a Lennox or recommend one to a customer, but I do have to say that guys that work at this location are all always really friendly and pleasant to interact with.

I know that anytime I have to go in there for a part, they’re going to be helpful, professional, and sociable. Kudos to you guys at the front. I really appreciate y’all

Scott Blevins Co had kept our 40 year old unit running for the last 7 years. When it finally went out this summer they did a great job walking us through replacing it and did an excellent job installing the new system. They went through all the details and helped us understand everything. We have used them on many occasions and the service, respect, trust and kindness has always been welcome. Always genuine and a pleasure to work with. I have never enjoyed spending money on repairs and maintenance but working with them over the last 7 years has been by far the best.
