We called Charlie with True Blue Heat & Air to come out and diagnose the issue we were having with our heater. JD came out and did in 5 minutes, what a different hvac company couldn’t do in 2 visits, at twice the cost. Dovey helped me get everything scheduled and communicated to me every step of the way. Gregg came out and repaired the unit, tested for CO2 and even reset it to the proper levels and all for the price I was quoted.

We really appreciate them for their customer service, communication and support and highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t be sorry!

My AC suddenly stopped blowing cold and I needed it fixed ASAP. I called True Blue and she said they were booked until Friday, I said I'm leaving town Thursday afternoon so she called me back and said a guy was on the way. Morgan did great on getting a man here to fix my AC. I didn't catch the technicians name but he quickly figured it was a capacitor, had one on the truck and changed it in minutes and Walllah !! AC back cold. This is 2nd time we used True Blue and I'm sure it won't be the last. Great company and great service!
