T&M are honest people that take care of their customers. They don't up-sell or over sell, they just provide good service.

We love T&M Heat and Air. They are always quick to get here and fix the problem. We have a business with 4 big units. And several rental properties with units. The guys are prompt, polite, and very professional. Always a fair price for whatever was wrong. Would highly recommend them.

I have used T&M for over 35 years for houses and remodels I've done and for my personal home which is still climate controlled by the original equipment they installed. Now what does that say. The greatest.

Great Family Business that is well established in the community. When I had some AC issues, my neighbor told me to call T & M. Best advice I've received in a long time. They showed up and listened to my issues and then methodically worked through my system and helped me get the right solution!! These folks are true repairmen...not salesmen...big difference!! Honest and very hard working and I'm now a loyal customer. Call T & M for any and all heating and air issues or regular maintenance. I'm so glad that I did.

I had Zach and Devin come by my house today! They even came out earlier than what I had scheduled! Let me tell you, the knowledge these men had amazed me! They knew exactly what to do, how to get it done. They let me walk around with them and taught me a few things as well to keep my unit clean. The thing that amazed me the most was they told me my carbon monoxide detector was in a bad spot and that it should be moved closer to ground floor. Having 2 kids, knowing that could save my family one day, so thank you so much Zach and Devin for being so professional and quick so my family could be cool again!

We had a great experience with our HVAC replacement today through Polar Bear Jack’s! They were super quick about getting us scheduled next day, which was especially helpful given the 100+ degree temps outside and our old unit failing to keep our home cool. Richard, JJ, and Willy were prompt, courteous, efficient, and even playful with my kiddos and understanding of the chaos that comes with having kids and a dog running around. I highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Ronnie and JJ. We had an unexpected change which Ronnie quickly adapted to and resolved the issue. Zac came out after hours and got our unit washed out. Got it cooling again. We are very the satisfied with his work.

The board on our furnace went out right before the recent frigid temperatures and Polar Bear Jacks sent Jordan out almost immediately. He was able to diagnose the problem and got the part in right before the weather began. He’s been out to help with other issues before and always gets it fixed. I recommend Polar Bear Jacks to anyone I know who is needing heating and air services.

Polar Bear Jacks installed spray foam in our new build and we are very pleased with their work. Ronnie Bridges was our spray foam technician and he was very thorough in his work, including cleaning up, and also very patient answering all of our questions. The house is much cooler inside with the insulation, even in the heat of the summer. Highly recommend.

When our furnace died and the heat was rising, I'm so glad I counted on this crew. I was beyond impressed with the service , patience, and hard work of this team when replacing our furnace/AC. Willy and JJ hit the ground running to get our house cooled again and I was amazed by their expertise and their work ethic. Braving ridiculous heat and solving unexpected problems they did whatever it took to get the system up and running so we could have comfort in our home again. I am extremely grateful for these guys and soo glad I chose this Team to rescue us 100 percent!!! Ronnie Bridges did a great job on our insulation install. Jordan was very respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. I’m going to use them in the future and sign up for a yearly maintenance plan because I was completely satisfied.

I have nothing but good things to say, I had storm damage and needed insulation removal/replace and drywall ceiling removal and replacement. Adam was great to work with he came right out and gave me an estimate and then told me the day his team would start demo work and a team of workers arrived as planned, Ronnie, Mason, Josh, and Dillon worked great as a team to prep my house for the demo and ensured all walls and floors were properly covered so that nothing was damaged. During the demo Richard and Willy arrived to handle electrical issues and repaired a gas line on my back porch. The entire team was polite, respectful, and cleaned up any messes after completing their jobs. Lastly Charlie did an excellent job of replacing all the crown molding that had to be removed for demo and he has excellent painting skills too. I highly recommend this company for any home services you need, just call and talk with Adam, he will give you a great price and you will be treated with respect.

JJ was quick to diagnose the problem with my system and got it fixed promptly. Also gave me a heads up on the life of my system and talked to me about best options in the future. Thanks team!
