Took a chance and trusted the reviews. My heater had been blowing cold air and then heat. This had been going on for years and no one could find anything wrong with my system. Casey came out and did a diagnostic and found nothing wrong with the system but when I told him that we had a nest installed he decided to check the equipment settings and there it was…I had a gas furnace programmed as an electric furnace. Within one day my furnace had 2 hours less usage! Wow! NEXT: the insulation looked very minimal and Ronnie came out. I had 3 inches of blown in insulation. I don’t know what happened to it but they had a fair quote and Ronnie was so polite and came out the next day. Now I have 16” of white snow in my attic and I am sure my pocket book, in the long run, will appreciate the work he did. He took pictures for me and answered all my questions. That winter wonderland in the attic will be enjoyed for years to come! Thank you Polar Bear Jacks and Adam for answering all my questions and having a great team to meet our needs!

These guys are the BEST, they came to my home on a Saturday fixed my air conditioner within 20 minutes and I had cold air blowing. Highly recommend for all your home heating and air needs! Thank you Polar Bear Jacks!

Very pleased with entire job they did for my boss, from original quote to completion. Replaced 3 large units in 2 days. Richard, JJ & Willy laid down tarps to protect flooring for tear out & carefully extracted old units. No trash left behind. They even called out coworker to remove closet shelving to get old units from attic without damaging
wall/trim. Highly recommend this company for price, professionalism & communication.

Our heat went out this past Friday night during the terrible weather… we called the guys at polar bear jacks to have them come out and check the problem, Zac with polar bear came out check what was wrong they sent JJ the tech out Saturday afternoon we were all fixed up! These guys are top tier they tell you all the problems and help you understand what the things that were needing to be fixed and done will definitely use them again if something else happens!

Lost heat on Friday during the arctic blast and Zac cox came through for me. He got the part I needed and had a tech come out and fix it. The techs name is JJ. He came out in the bad weather and fixed the heater in Á matter of minutes. I highly recommend using polar bear jacks. They were both very professional. Richard and Zack did a awesome job. Not only did they came out the same day we called but they had our AC unit running in no time. They got the job done that other people couldnt get done in a few months in just a few hours.

The technician JJ and his helper did a great job.
Repaired the wood work and replaced the old insulation before installing both the inside and outside units. Checked out the units and then cleaned up everything. Both men were very respectful and explained what they were doing.

Booker,was fantastic—he explained every detail thoroughly, keeping us informed at every step. His attention to detail was outstanding". While we did not have the work done we are more than informed and ready to do business we the time comes

Great experience from design to install. Adam took the time to fully explain load calculations and system design—it was clear this wasn’t a guess or a one-size-fits-all approach.

The install went smoothly, they accounted for future expansion, and even fixed an issue found after drywall at no extra cost. A couple of startup issues came up, but each time Richard got a tech out immediately to resolve them.

If you care about quality, proper design, and a company that stands behind their work, I’d definitely recommend Polar Bear Jacks.
