I have a service agreement with a well known heat & air company. I have an older unit that was freezing up as it was low on Freon. I was told they no longer carry this Freon as it was outdated. Basically with them my option was a new unit with a cost of $10,000 plus. I put a post on social media asking if anyone had the Freon I needed and I got an immediate response from Crews Heating & Air. Peter came out same day, put in a pound of Freon and had my unit blowing cold air. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and just charged me for the pound of Freon. I will definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Crews Heat and Air. Our AC suddenly quit working, and after calling several of the bigger companies who couldn’t get to us for a few days, I decided to give Crews a try and I’m so glad I did. He was able to come out within just a couple of hours and had our AC back up and running in less than an hour. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and the price was more than fair. He was also incredibly courteous, he noticed it was muddy outside and was careful not to track anything in, which I really appreciated. Great service all around. Highly recommend!

The crew team came to a rescue of new Mom with a newborn AC broke down overnight, and they were able to come in the next day And save us from this heat, they had all the parts that we needed and didn’t have to wait. Fix it right then right there. I highly recommend them.

Crews Heat & Air just finished up replacing our furnace and AC unit and I would highly recommend them. I recently moved to Oklahoma and Peter was very kind and explained the process to me. He gave me options of fixing my old unit or replacing and the pros and cons of both. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are great. We have older units that will need replaced soon. When we had other service providers come out they did not want to do anything but replace the units immediately. Crews Heat and Air was honest with us about the need for replacement but was also willing to troubleshoot and replace small parts to help us get through the season so that we can save up for this large expense. Peter is courteous and doesn’t talk down to his clients or bully them. He has an excellent work ethic and really cares about people. We highly recommend his company.
