Excellent service start to finish! It started with the phone call making the appointment to the boys, Derrick and Richard. Sharon was super helpful. I needed my ducts cleaned REALLY bad. She got me an appointment straight away. The boys were professional friendly and did an outstanding job!!! Definitely recommend this company.

Amazing experience! One of the owners I spoke with often was so attentive and went above and beyond. They are genuine people, good at what they do and the best price in town! The workers were on time and courteous and thorough and clean. Everyone from scheduler to the owner was great. I couldn’t recommend them more! Our home is clean and it smells amazing in here! If you are wondering who to choose, look no further. We got quotes from two other companies and one showed up with a worker smelling like pot, the other gave us a high quote over the phone and Air Care was the most professional and best price by FAR!

Athena, Nick, and Caleb make such a great, personable team for Air Care Services that I will use this company again for all of my “air”needs . I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Starting with Athena, her office, telephone, and people skills are amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable, and at ease from the moment she answers the phone. She’s such a kind and professional person, it’s like one’s talking to an old friend, she automatically gained my confidence. I, also felt very comfortable and safe having Nick and Caleb in my home. They were also so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, that I felt at ease with them immediately. They did such a great job from checking out my fireplace, to climbing on the roof and making sure everything was fine there also. The just finished the vents, ductwork and dryer vent. Everything cleaned out and the unit/coils cleaned. The two men were courteous and professional. They arrived on time and wasted no time. I recommend them.

We had them duct our wood stove into the chimney and add a chimney topper. The stove was difficult to move and there was almost no room to work around it. They had to modify the burn box and do some repair on the chimney tiles. It was a difficult job and they did a great a great job. We were very pleased with their work and attitude. They explained everything and were very helpful. We will be calling them every year for yearly maintenance.

I met Sharon at the Home and Garden show, she was friendly, and their company has been in business since 1987. Clearly they are knowledgeable and know what they're doing.

I actually called hoping that they could get to me before the winter storm started and to my surprise he helped me. I had heard of AirCare Services back a couple of years ago when my house was being restored from the Fathers day storm damage in 2022. When I was looking for a Chimney Cleaning business I recognized them and called. The Chimney hadn't been cleaned in five years, the storm was coming in two days. Good to the owners word the workers showed up and on time! My husband passed away in 22 from brain tumors and since then most everytime I've hired a repair service to fix or do something the service companies and/or their employees tried/ have taken advantage of me. I do believe that's because I'm widow woman. I dreaded having to call for service with anything! But this time I can attest that there ARE a couple of service companies out there I've hired getting prepared for this winter storm that completely surprised me. Aircare is not only fair priced, they have quality servicemen. They were very careful not to make a mess first of all, worked consistently, didn't drag it out as some do, did quality work and very respectful. Billy, one of the workers discovered the seal around the cap on the Chimney was cracked bad and needed repaired. Also some bricks were damaged and needed repaired and he backed up everything he said by the pictures he took today and showed me. I'd already paid a contractor to repair the whole house that was damaged by the father's day storm, who told me he fixed it when he put on a new roof along with other repairs. Like many things I've found either not done or bad workmanship. I really like this company! Lots of times when a company is passed down the quality gets worse and prices go up. Not so with AirCare! They still do quality work and have great employees! Brice and Billy impressed me with their good attitude, skills and work ethic! I am going to request them for the Chimney repair and with any future work. I've seen first hand and trust them to do any future work for me.

Great experience with Mark Hill. Further when you call you are speaking to someone right there in their office and the people actually act like they care about your business, and when we had an outage, cared about our situation, too. It’s refreshing and I highly recommend.

These guys assessed and fixed my Trane system in less than 24 hours. I called at night, and they sent a guy out the next afternoon. He found the problem and immediately went to get the part we needed replaced. It was done in a couple of hours after he first got to my house. Most company’s take a few days. Highly recommend.

Spring service was very thorough and friendly. Technician went the extra mile in cleaning my two units and ensuring all potential leaks were sealed. Would recommend subscribing to the annual maintenance plan.

Randy is an excellent tech. He is professional as well as personable. We have had him on previous service calls and always appreciated him.

Very quick response on Sunday. Didnt mind the service call charge, tech was quick ,kind and explained everything. After paying bill ,I decided to check cost of part on Amazon and they did a 400% increase on 1 part.....robbery.....Otherwise good experience.

Less than 2 hours from initial call to writing this review. Quick clean up of flame sensor rod and now we have heat again. No trying to convince us we needed a new one or any hinting that major service is impending if we don't.

Cooling unit checked as well and all was good.

The technician was timely and worked quickly to replace a bad capacitor. The service call took from 8:35 to 9:10. My service fee was $115 and the Turbo 200 capacitor was billed at $399. I can get the same part off Amazon for $90. If you really want $400 for a service call, I would rather that be billed that way than charging $399 for a part that Amazon sellers find a way to make profitable at $90.00. I would use this company again if I were really desperate but I’m not liking the part markup. That seems unreasonable. If you want that much profit, be more transparent and put it in the labor charge so people have a better understanding of where the costs really come from.

Mark communicated when he would be available and showed up on time. He was pleasant, kind and helpful! He is knowledgeable and made me feel like I was being taken care of with our AC unit!

Always on time!!!! Techs are polite and explain all the things they are doing. Don't make a mess and leave it. I am a multi years return customer and will continue to be as long as this service continues to go above and beyond.
