Great experience with Mike and his team. From the first phone call through installation, everyone was top notch. Competitive pricing, fast and thorough responses, and great customer service. Randy came out to check things as we were in the thick of the process - top notch. Brad and Jacob came out for the install - professional, polite, informative, and great at what they do.

In the 2-3 weeks I've been working with this team, I've already referred them to several other people and one other business. How I went so long bouncing from one company to another, I don't know. I've found my heat and air company.

Nate, was the tech who came today, and this is the second time he has been here. Once again we thought we had a major problem and once again he diagnosed what it was and a service call was all we needed! Nate diagnosed what it was, found the source and, repaired it!

Our heater went out during this cold winter storm. This company came right out and fixed our problem. They were very professional and everyone was so nice! I would definitely recommend them and we will use them again!!

I called them about 9 this morning. Was told they were short technicians today but they would squeeze us in. Gave us a window of 11 to 1 today. 10:45 got a call, they were on the way. 11:00 Randy was here and did some maintenance, got the heat back on, and about an hour later he was finished. This was one of the best experiences we have had with home repair and installing. The crew showed up promptly, completed the job as promised while informing us of all they were doing along the way. The quote was exactly what the bill was with nothing hidden even though they ran into snags on installing the new equipment. Mark Hill Heating and Air is great both in price and service. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Craftsmanship in work for my new system install was very good and their staff was knowledgeable and attentive.

I had a complete removal of old heating and air-conditioning systems and installation of new systems. The change was accomplished in about 4 hours and was done for the prior quoted amount. I considered the price to be quite reasonable and did not solicit any competitive bids because my prior experiences with the Mark Hill company have been great. Customer service on scale of 1 to 10 is a 10. Always listens and puts your needs first, treats you like the only customer. Does not take advantage of people. Prices are very competitive. High end units and parts. Very knowledgeable. Take the time to explain what they are doing. Answers questions in a way that you can understand. Great family team.

I needed a new HVAC company and I wanted a local company and came across Hundley. They were on time and were able to provide the service - and the office was wonderfully responsive to my questions and they solved the problem. I'm glad to have found them.

I called Mr. Hundley at 8:05 a.m. I explained what happened, he provided me with a diagnostic cost and a ballpark for if it turned out to be what we thought. At 9:05 a.m. he and his technician Bryce were at my door. They had it repaired, up and running in less than two hours and under budget. In a time where it's really hard to find honest service....I'll be using them for my HVAC services from here on out.
