Their customer service was great they were abale to come out to my house within a couple of hours. The gentleman was very professional and polite. I guess the only thing I didn’t like was that he bought the part that I needed for my a/c and installed it without telling me how much it was going to cost me. I thought he was give me a quote and let me decide wether I wanted to work done or not.

I have used Tom Huntley for over four years. I was takings care of my Brother in’s dogs. I walked in the house and found the unit had quite and the temperature was over 80. They moved their schedule around and were there in 45 minutes. There response time has been far and any company’s I’ve used before.

We live in a house built 20 years ago, and had 3 different Heating & Cooling Companies come out. Tom and his team blows the competition out of the water with their service, quality, and value. I'll outline our experience below:

INITIAL CALL: I gave Tom a call to come out and take a look at our subpar AC unit. We discussed the issue over the phone and they informed me that my unit most likely had a leak. However, after our discussion, it was pretty clear I was in need of a totally new system (which was accurate and lined up with what the former quotes told me). Totally what I suspected. Ours was prehistoric and in horrible shape performance wise. Our house was HOT and the AC was running NONSTOP...unable to keep up for years.

QUOTE: Benjamin came out to review the issue in a timely manner and was super personable and professional. Most of all, I really appreciated his transparency and honesty. He was up front with me and shot me straight on the issue. Basically, our old system that was installed in 2000 wasn't sufficient for the size of our house. We needed a 3 ton unit for the size of our home. So, for efficient airflow, they suggested installing one ceiling vent and enlarging the floor vent. I've been home 30 mins and I can REALLY FEEL THE DIFFERENCE!

VALUE: Hands down the best price for your value. They installed a Trane AC system, which is super high quality if you do your homework. Plus, a 10 year warranty.

PROFESSIONALISM & SKILL: I can't stress enough how much these guys knew. You can tell they've truly specialized in this area of study and they know their stuff after 20+ years of experience. I felt like I could trust their knowledge and advice given their acquired skill over the years.

RESPONSIVENESS: I received a text every single time they were on their way to my house, which was really convenient. I received a quote within 1-2 hours via email and they communicated with me all the way to the end. You can tell these guys are passionate about serving their customers the RIGHT WAY!

POST-JOB: Prior to starting the job, Ben informed me of everything they'd be doing and how long they'd be at my residence. When the job was complete, he called me and gave me a very thorough rundown of what was completed today and what I can expect. I was really thankful to return home to ZERO mess. No dirt on the floor. No mess from them installing new vents in my house. No nothing. That means a lot to a hard working mother!

OVERALL: Tom and his team are a breath of fresh air (pun intended). Not only was my process seamless and pain-free, I actually enjoyed meeting everyone working on the job. It's nice to have a perfectly functioning system and now, the value of our home has now increased! It was true pleasure and I'll be using them and referring them to friends and family as long as I'm a Tulsan! My air just popped on and I can actually FEEL IT. WHOOO!!!

Could not have had better service! I called with heating concerns and they showed up to my house within 30 minutes ready to inspect. Very professional and walked us through everything in a detailed manor.

No one anticipates their heat going out right before winter so it was a blessing to have them be ready and available. 10/10 would recommend and I will be calling this company back for any issues in the future. Thanks so much!

It was a bait and switch with these people. They told us a new system was needed because. We contacted a different outfit for a competing bid. We were told by that technician that the system was in good working order. He said the fuse was tampered with resulting in the problem. The Friendly guy also looked at the fuse. Very suspicious. Be careful.

They replaced the capacitor on my downstairs air conditioner. I thought it would be the fan like the upstairs one 10 years ago. After them replacing just the capacitor I now think the company that did the fan lied to me to hit me for more money. I’ll be staying with them and never go back to the other broken arrow company. The repairman was a lot earlier than the time I expected, and very friendly. I probably slowed him down because I did a lot of talking and he didn’t just cut me off and leave.

Tom and Bryce came out just a few hours after I called. I thought there was much more wrong with the old unit than what they ended up doing. Both Tom and Cryce were very nice, personable and knew exactly what they were doing. The cost was lower than I thought it would be even after they explained what was really wrong. This company is going to be my go to guy's from now own and I highly recommend them. .

We are very pleased with Tom Hundley Heating and Cooling. Benji has always been a pleasure to work with. They installed new HVAC systems for each of our children, and the price was very fair. They didn't try to upsell the units.

AC went out Sunday morning. Called Hundley's about noon and Tom was here in 20 minutes! Analyzed the problem, replaced parts and checked out our unit inside & out. So professional, thorough and prompt. I would never use anyone else. Thank you so much to Tom and the Hundley team!!

I only have 1 little nit. I looked up Tom Hundley AC and, when I called they were a different name. And this is yet another name from that. Weird. But, service? Super.

I used them last year. I had an AC issue and I called 3 different AC people to come out. The MOST professional ones who came out were ripoff artists. They were very smooth. Then I called Tom Hundley -- ie these guys but by different name for some reason -- and they came out, gave me a price that was half -- HALF -- as much and, while not as smooth, stuck me as very professional. I ended up using them.

So, I had an issue with a different unit this week. So, I called these guys presuming they'd be so busy they'd have to come out next week. They gave me a time slot between 2-4 that same afternoon. They called around 3:15 to say they were on their way. The showed up around 3:30. They got right on it, found the issue and got it fixed.

It wasn't a startup cap, like I thought, it was the water sensor cutoff preventing a ceiling leak. They cleaned everything out, got it drained, and all done.

Yes, it was a tad pricey -- $400 -- but they came out SAME day and didn't try to pretend it was something a lot more expensive. They could have told me it was a $1000 compressor issue. I wouldn't have known. So, I feel they were dead honest.

I like honest. I'll pay a little more for honest. It's cheaper in the end.

Outstanding! Best experience I’ve had with a heat and air company. They were all the above (responsive, good quality, good value, etc). Tom made sure I understood the problem and fixed me right up. He is also a hoot! Lol. I will definitely use this company again.

When the temperature hits triple digits and you come home from vacation to find your thermostat is not working the panic sets in. We called Tom Huntley Heating and Cooling and had two great guys show up within two hours!!! They were knowledgeable and had it fixed quickly and took the time to show us how to resolve the problem in the future without the expense of a service call! That is awesome service!!

Brice and Devyn were courteous and professional and did a great job. Left everything clean and answered our questions. The Trane unit is working great. Three weeks after the new unit was installed we had a condensate plumbing line leak (not Hundley's fault). Devyn came right over and fixed the problem for us, before our ceiling had water damage. Great product and great service. I will use this company again for sure. Roger and Teri.

I've used Tom Hundley for 20 years with the different houses I've owned. From just small problems to replacement of the a/c unit and now they just replaced the whole system, a/c furnace etc. Even though I've always used them I knew the whole system was going to be expensive. I went ahead and had the job quoted by 3 different company's. They still came in first for cost and value. I'll strongly suggest using for all your heating and cooling needs.

During a very cold winter in 2001, Tom came out to fix the heater in our house — we had newborn twins and were in need of a quality guy who could help us. Tom was that guy. He fixed the furnace, and later replaced it for us, along with the air conditioner after that. We’ve always used Hundley Heat and Air and have always been pleased with the results.

So my upstairs unit died on a very hot day. They came out told me the Condenser unit was bad. It was an old unit so the Evap had to be replaced also.
I decided to do both units due to their age. Received an awesome quote for some Trane units. They installed the upstairs 3 days later, amazing.
They did the downstairs 4 days from that.
I can’t tell you how kind and courteous Benji was. Truly a fine young man. He worked in extreme heat and never complained. I’m giving them my annual service on these units. They saved us that week.

Tom Hundley Heating and Cooling is a very honest and professional company. I have used them for preventative maintenance on my system and I can say, there techs go above and beyond on doing check and cleaning your outdoor units and indoor units. I highly recommend them!

Devyn was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced a part on the AC unit that was preventing it from blowing cold air. In addition he cleaned it thoroughly and gave it a good tune up. I was astonished that Devyn also climbed into my attic space to give the heating unit a quick checkup. I was so grateful he did this at no cost to me even though I had not requested it. This was a hot June day, but he went above and beyond to assure my HVAC was in good shape.
In comparison, I used AirCo another Heat & Air Co in April of 2019 to do routine maintenance on my heat and air units and was told by the technician the heating unit could not be checked until cooler weather.
I am very happy I called Tom Huntley Heating & Cooling this time, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable cost.

Great and Professional Customer Service!! I have used them for 4 years now and I have always been very pleased with every aspect of the way Tom and Pam run their family business (emergency calls, service visits etc) . I had an emergency call yesterday in regards to my furnace so I called spoke to Natalie and she had David and Benji come right out and solve the problem, they also took care of the winter maintenance. Also, big plus is that they always leave everything they work on VERY CLEAN!!!
