Mark Hill is a great company. Their service staff is capable, competent and very knowledgeable. We have worked with them for many years and they have always provided excellent service.

I was beyond pleased with the service I received. The service technician showed up on time, got right to work, located and repaired the problem. The technician, Nate, was absolutely wonderful! He is a highly skilled diagnostician, and took the time to explain what the problem was. He was also extremely polite, professional, courteous and has a great personality. I highly recommend Hill for any HVAC problems you might have.

Th technician was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. We were up and running very quickly.
Said b. Needed to order a pressure switch. He said someone would contact us when it arrived so he could install it.
Overall I was very impressed.

Nate is always on time and very detailed during his inspections and when performing any repairs needed. Dawn and Danielle are very nice and always accommodating when it comes to maintenance scheduling and providing any documentation I need. Great company, great people to do business with.

I’m very thankful for the team at MarkHill. They put in an AC unit for my mom last summer and when the upstairs unit went out last week, they were there immediately and it was installed the next. Mike and two young men that put it in were very nice, trustworthy, and communicative. We will use them soon to replace the third unit.

Randy came out today to do our regular service on our two Trane units, what a great guy year after year! 18 years after we installed them (by Hill and Co!) they are still going strong, even he was amazed. They do a great job at regular maintenance and on call in an emergency. All my neighbors have gone thru 2-3 systems while we have had the same Trane system for almost 20 years. When it does go out and need replacing guess who I am calling? Exactly.

We love Mark Hill Heat & Air. They have done all our service work in the past. This time, we needed a new unit. Everyone from Nate, the service tech that did initial assessment, to Michael (sales), to Taylor and his installation crew were courteous, professional and honest. They got the job done quickly, left zero mess and we got a fair price. Highly recommend.

First Heat and Air company to be able to help us with uneven heat distribution in our home. Found several things which needed repaired. Very polite and kind employees who wanted to help us.

I was charged a diagnostic fee but never received any kind of report with the findings. After their initial visit, I called twice to follow up and still got nothing. They claim all calls are recorded—great, then provide me the recording where you actually went over the report with me! They can’t provide it because it doesn’t exist. I paid for a service I never received, and that’s unacceptable. Poor communication and no accountability.

I have since contacted another company who completed our service request in a timely manner.

We called and they came the same day. Nate was very helpful, understanding and worked with us amazing! Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend! Will definitely be using this company with all our needs going forward!

My wife and I just moved in to our new home but after 2 months we found that we weren't getting air in one room. I called Hill air and told the girl my problem and I asked her how soon I could get some one out to see if the vent had come lose. Long story short, I wasn't told that there was a charge for this. So when Bob the tech told me that I had to pay, I was to say the least, shocked.
I believe that if she had told me that there would be a charge I would have thought twice before doing.
Bob did a great job and I don't fault him for having to charge me.
