Hundley is a great family owned HVAC company. I have used them for several years to repair and maintain my 1995 HVAC system. It was time for an upgrade and I had confidence in the company to use them for the new system installation. I am happy with all aspects of the process. Great job Tom Hundley Heating & Air. Job well done.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Tom came out to quote us for a whole new system and worked with us to keep the cost reasonable. Beat all the competition out of the park! When installation day came, the technicians were prompt, hard working, and and they got the job done perfectly (in the worst of the summer heat too!)

Devyn with Tom Hundley came out and was very quick in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He was professional and polite while doing his best to work with my budget. It was a quality experience. I highly recommend using Tom Hundley for heating & cooling repairs.

I now know Tom and all his family who work at the business! He has saved me numerous times as we have sold 2 houses and closed on a new one this past year. Not only are his bids less than his competitors, his thinking on all our projects saved us money in the long run. He saved my neighbor thousands of dollars when he didn’t replace their unit like the competitor told them to. I trust them completely and wish I could send them to help my family in other states! Their employees are always kind to each other and respectful to us as customers. I can’t say enough about this company!

Tom just replaced the heating and air unit that he installed 22 years ago and we have referred him numerous times to friends and neighbors through the years. He and his son Benjamin and crew are courteous, honest and quick in resolving whatever issue you are having. A local family business that sets the standard!

The people at Tom Hundley Heating & Cooling were very responsive when we had a need to get our HVAC serviced. They arrived on time, did their work quickly and completely, and were very economical. We appreciated their effort to keep our heating and air conditioning at its prime.

We received quotes from multiple companies including Costco. Tom Hundley blew them all out of the water. Not only did Tom Hundley himself come inspect our home and give a quote, but he also pointed out what could be downsized and how an additional vent would lower cost and move the dryer vent. No other company mentioned any of this. He did not try to up sell a bunch of things we didn't need. After everything was done he called himself to make sure everything went well. My husband has decided we will now use Tom Hundley for all our maintenance work instead of who we had been using. Best google search I have ever made

Great customer service and amazing quality!! Tom Hundley installed a brand new HVAC system for our upstairs and was the only company to discover we needed an additional air return for the space. They completed the install of the new air return and system and its never been toastier!! Will be calling them for our downstairs unit when the time comes (hopefully sooner than later now that we found them)!

Two people came, Devyn and David. They ended up cleaning my ac unit. They checked my furnace, and they added 2-3 lbs of refrigerant. While doing all this, they explained about regular maintenance and how to take care of it on my own, like changing the air filters regularly and cleaning the unit by calling someone. When cleaning the unit earlier, they used the front outside faucet. When they were done there was a problem shutting off the faucet. There was already a problem before they got there. I asked if they were plumbers too. They ended up fixing it for me. They were both amazing and if I have any other problems, they will be who I call. Awesome job to both!

Turned to Tom Hundley after the major HVAC companies took my breath away with their pricing ... Tom listened to my problems and what I wanted to accomplish ... Tom gave me several options and worked with me on pricing and promptly and professionally replaced my AC compressor at a VERY reasonable price ... David the Tom Hundley technician installed the compressor and cleaned up all of his work area. I would recommend this company without any reservations.

Air conditioning went out and we needed to replace the old system. In the hottest week of the year. They scheduled the service quickly. David and Benji were very professional. They made sure that everything ran smoothly during the install. Tom called afterwards to make sure that I was happy with everything. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Definitely will be recommending them to friends and family.

Bryce did a maintenance check on a new but not yet used AC system in a rental property. He was adaptable, easy to work with, and answered all my questions with patience & professionalism.
I plan to use them again at my other properties.
Communication with scheduling through the office was just as effective; I would have thought they were the owners, based on the level of detail & commitment communicated.
I’ve actually worked with owners (and family) at other businesses & experienced less customer service than I experienced with Hundley’s team.

Was in contact on a holiday with Tom himself. Got called at 830am to come out. Within 20 minutes Tom and his Tech were at my house and AC was fixed within an hour. This is the second time in 2 years I have used Tom Hundley. My first unit blew out and was fixed so I knew the great job they can do as well as their professionalism. If you’re looking for honest, competitive prices and a great job. Look no further.

We love Tom! He and his assistant replaced old gas tubing and other components. The parts they replaced were originally installed by a very incompetent company (contracted by American Home Shield) and not up to code. Tom even came by the next day on short notice to make an additional repair (at no charge). Excellent work and everyone was very friendly and easygoing.

When my AC broke down, I was dreading having to call around to get quotes from AC companies because I knew my out of pocket cost would be high. One company quoted me $3500 just to replace one part of my AC unit so I wasn't off to a great start. When I was calling around to get quotes, one of the things that stood out when I called Tom Hundley Heating & Cooling was that the person on the phone was so friendly and willing to help. I learned she was Tom's wife, Pam, and she helped get me a quote the same day.
Tom Hundley and his team not only saved me hundreds of dollars on AC service but helped me get a completely new AC unit for much less than the $3500 that the first company quoted me to replace the one part.
They did an excellent job installing my new AC unit and went above and beyond with their customer service. Tom genuinely wanted to help me get the best value possible which was a different approach from the other companies I called. I highly recommend them!

Hundley Heating and Cooling responded to my call promptly. Natalie, the office manager was pleasant on the phone and scheduled a service visit to my location the soonest possible time. My air conditioner was not working properly and I suspected that the problem was freon. On the day of service, they gave me a courtesy notice 30 minutes before arriving at my location. The technician, Devyn introduced himself politely and we talked about the problem I was having with the air conditioner. I told him it might be the Freon. After doing the diagnostic test, he quickly found the problem, updated me about it, and fix it. He checked the Freon and said it was fine and no need to replenish it. Before he left, he answered all questions I had and told me not to worry anymore as the unit will start working properly again. Devyn was very professional and knowledgeable.I waited few days to do this review so I can observe my unit. So far, It’s been working properly and I’m feeling the cold air again! I met Mr. Hundley years ago when he installed my air conditioning unit and he is a nice and pleasant person. I highly recommend Hundley Heating and Cooling for your air needs! Five stars for reliability and professionalism, promptness, great service, competitive price, and value!

Tom Hundley Heat and Air installed a new HVAC system in my house. I would recommend this company to anyone. I received a detailed quote and work was performed exactly as quoted. The staff was professional and kind. They went above and beyond by putting a capacitor in my old unit so I would have air while they scheduled the work.

Tom Hundley and his team installed a new A/C system in my house about two years ago. We are very satisfied. He has always been consistent with follow ups and inspections. I am so grateful we found this awesome business! They are thorough, service oriented, honest and not out to make a fortune off of you. We had another company look at our AC last year and they told us we’d need a whole new unit plus redo our duct work, quoting us around $8,000! Tim’s team came out, and actually looking at our unit and saw it just needed to be cleaned and the fan motor replaced. They fixed our heaters control board the week of Christmas as well. I’ll never use anyone else!

Benjamin was very professional and explained what he did and the parts that he replaced. He also made my furnace look brand new. I was very impressed with his work. Tom has been in our house and did repair the furnace years ago. This time as soon as we needed someone to do the repair, my wife said call Tom hundley. I’m glad I did and will recommend the company to everyone who needs heating and cooling services. They are hands down the best in town.

We found out on short notice that we needed to cut and move a copper HVAC line in order to install a new water heater. We were short on time, but Tom Hundley came recommended to do the work and I'm glad we went with them. The entire crew was prompt, quick, and professional. They did very good work. I would happily use them again for any HVAC needs.
