We had a hot water tank that shared the same closet as our downstairs heating system. We had a leak that required us to pull all equipment to repair the closet. Our heating unit still worked but was 28 years old. We made the decision to install a brand new unit. Tom gave us prices for going back with the old or installing a new unit over the phone by us just sending pictures. When it was time for the work to be done his team led by his son, Benjamin, came out and pulled the old unit and came back to install the new unit once the damage in the closet was fixed. We were told it would take 6 hours to install the new unit but they had it up and running in 4 hours. The guys were very knowledgeable and courteous the whole time. They answered all my questions and concerns. The unit works great and looks great. Benjamin also did some assessments and other recommendations that we could do to our house to make our systems last longer. We have already scheduled this work to be done next fall. We have used Hunley heating and air service for several years. They are honest and fair with their pricing. I trust them completely and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used Tom Hundley Heating & Air for AC and furnace maintenance, AC repair, and installation of a new AC system. They are friendly, professional, and always available when we’re in a jam. Love that they are local, family-owned, and family-staffed. And they won’t leave a job until they’re sure we’re happy.

Addendum: Unfortunately, Tom Hundley has new owners. I gave them a try for our fall furnace tune-up and the service felt less personalized and comprehensive. Don't have anything terrible to say, just miss the family-owned vibe.

We had a wonderful experience with Tom Hundley! Our heater wasn't working and they were able to come out the very next day and resolved the issue quickly, at a very reasonable price. The following day, we noticed our hot water was't working (unrelated to first issue) and we called them again and they came out and fixed it immediately and didn't charge us!! Couldn't be happier with our experience and we'll be using them from here on out.

Adam came and fixed the air conditioner in one of my houses, today. very clean. very organized. very professional. very articulate. thank you ~ for doing a great job.

They sent an actual installer named Cody out to do my estimate instead of a salesman. He actually assessed my system instead of taking a few pictures and throwing a number at me. Noticed some flaws with my current duct work and included those repairs with my new system. They were the 4th company I called and I wish I would have called them first and saved myself some time. They gave me the best price on an entire hvac system plus adding a return upstairs and getting everything up to code. Cody was able to answer every one of my questions. I booked the install and they showed up on time and had me finished the same day. Very professional. Cleaned up the job site. I would recommend these people over the 3 biggest named hvac company's in Tulsa you always hear ads for on the radio. Thanks again guys. Great job

These folks fly way under the radar, and I am so glad I found them. My HVAC wasn't working, and within 30 minutes the tech had determined the fuses that were installed in it were too small, replaced them, and I'm up and running again. Cheapest and quickest HVAC repair of my life.

They were very responsive and quick to fix our furnace problem. I called them on Monday and they came the same day. After a few minutes Will identified the problem and explained the issue to me so I could make the right decision. As a company I appreciate the honesty. They told me about some other issues with my very old furnace. Will took extra time to give me prices and educate me on new furnaces so I could make an informed decision on replacing my broken furnace or if repairing it would be best. In the end we went with the repair option and they came they came on Tuesday and had it fixed in a hour. Will was considerate and polite. He even offered to remove his shoes when he came in from the snow and again amazed us when he offered to mop the floor where he was working. In my 2 different dealings with this company I have only worked with Will. I will call Complete Heating and Air/Appliance the next time I need something worked on in my home. Cannot say enough good! They installed a whole new HVAC system and did a total flip. House is cleaner and feels amazing! They were so kind and patient with my availability and even played with my dog while they worked. Considerate and an exceptional value! Thank you to Terry, Bob, Theo, and Tyler!

Probably the most amazing company I’ve ever dealt with. I truly can’t say enough kind things about them. We had only owned our new built home almost a year and they came out for a yearly inspection and found something wrong with our air-conditioning unit. It turned out it needed a new compressor once that was repaired we found something was wrong with the transfer switch so that was repaired. They were very patient and kind and understanding to our situation. They even gave us portable AC units to get us through until the air condition unit was fully repaired, these men are complete professionals in every way they know exactly what they’re doing. I would never hesitate to call them. Also Miss Dottie at the front desk is the most amazing person I’ve ever met good job. You guys know how to run an amazing company. As a business owner of over 24 years I’m very impressed with your customer service. Keep up the good job guys.

Be very careful about purchasing from this company. We bought a home in 2021, with 3 brand new high efficiency HVACs and furnace. Every single winter the condensation from the unit causes a leak, when it’s really cold my husband has to get up every hour to clear the drain at night. We had had several reputable companies out for a fix and all say they never should have been installed as they aren’t right for our attic. Finally found a note from the prior owner and this company, who did the installation. Called up there and they were very nice and sent someone out. Their tech got in our attic, in front of the leak and said the same thing- never should have been installed and he can’t do anything about it. Told me to replace with 80% furnace. Said they have a note they told the prior owner this isn’t recommended and they went for it anyway. This is a company that values profit off of uneducated consumers. Be very aware when taking their advice. We are literal prisoners in our home every winter and they could care less.

I drove 25 minutes to this business only to find that no such establishment exists at the listed address. I also tried calling the phone number provided, but there was no answer. Save yourself the time and frustration - this business is not actually located here and lacks proper signage, making it impossible to find.

Technician came on time and was efficient. Asked if we had any problems and completed the service contract. He was friendly and did a great job. Love this company and have used it for more than 10 years.

Custom Services is the best. I have used them for years, both at home and where I work. Chris was very punctual. Wore the protective shoe covers, and a face mask since we're dealing with the pandemic right now.
Chris kept me informed through the process, asked if I had any questions, and was very efficient.

Brian was very professional while also being both communicative and personable. I feel like he did an amazing job explaining to both myself and my wife what he was doing and why.
