Chelsea is awesome. She not only did a very thorough job servicing our 2 AC units, she identified and corrected an issue with our condensate drain at the attic mainline (vacuumed & flushed the drainline).

I am assuming they did the job that they were sent to do. Not that a layperson would understand it. But there are very friendly, very clean and very efficient

So I had a new unit put in in Fall 21 by Custom they quoted me 19800 for a full new install including modification of returns and ducts in the middle of the job they say Sorry we can't move return because roof is to low and then we were told the return had a 1/3 blocked but it shouldn't be a big deal then when we asked for static test they wouldnt supply it and told us they were sold to the same company as Airco Mullin Air assurance etc.. and they would take over and still to this day I have a return 1/3 blocked with no static test report from a over 19000 dollar sale on a 2100 sq ft I story house and they told me I'm out of luck because the company i purchased it from doesnt exist even when Airco has been servicing and working with us from the 2nd week in( because yes this installation turned into a 3 week ordeal ) Nobody would stand behind their installation work. They even acknowledge that it is blocked and not installed to manufacturers recommendations so it would void my warranty according to Daiken along with no static pressure test. I have reached out to them for 3 years and they wont do anything unless I pay them more money. What happened is simple the job became more expensive because someone did not have foresight to see the complications in the modification of the return even when the quote explicitly states modification of return included in the 19000 dollar price from Custom. I also have the estimate from Airco on the same day that afternoon that had a Lennox system and all duct modification for 19000 as well. So I guess I'm stuck with a 3 year old unit with no warranty because I can't afford any more after the 19000 that was on the high end we could have gotten a cheaper version for 11000 that would have worked just as well because this unit can't work properly when 1/3 is blocked . So maybe they will see this and we can finally have resolution because I feel Scammed and this is the pinnacle example of Corporate greed.

What a wonderful company! From start to finish including helping me apply for financing. After contacting a few local a/c services in my area and they treated me as an inconvenience. Contacted Custom Services and from the start were great especially since they said I’m not in their service area. A service rep was sent out to analyze what i would need since it was replacing a 30 year old unit and within a few days of that everything was set up for the install. The installers showed up not only on time but a bit early for both days they were there. They were very polite and worked even through lunch on both days, being that this was in July and they were doing their best to get the a/c working. The cleanup was so remarkable, other than one little 1” piece of wire i found, you couldn’t have known they were ever there. The unit I had installed is also phenomenal. Highly recommend, the unit and the company. Only drawback is I wish my unit would’ve held out just a few more months so I could’ve gotten in on their vacation incentive they’re were offering with new unit installs 👀💁🏻‍♂️😂

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to fix the problem in an hour after other AC companies had looked and said it was fine. They worked with my schedule and were able to come the next day after I called. Highly recommend this company

Highly recommend! Their service and professionalism was exceptional. My unit was not putting out a good airflow in the main living area. They diagnosed and solved the issue within an hour. Everything was explained and the solution was economical.

I have been using Baker Mechanical for several years and have had great service and in a timely manner. When I began to have problems with my air conditioner, I called out Baker and it was determined that my 16 year old unit was ready to retire. Baker was able in just a day or two to install a new unit and it was back up running and cooling my home. They did not try to sell me a heating unit (as I have had some company's do in the past) as they inspected it and told me that it looked fine. I am happy with not only the service but I believe there pricing is fair as well.

We have now contacted Kyle two times with Baker’s and had a good experience both times. He is able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair the problem. We appreciate his willingness to help each time he comes out!

I have used Bakers Mechanical for several years and have never been disappointed. I always received an immediate call back each and every time I had a problem with my heat or air unit. After trying for the past year or so to keep my 17 year old unit running, I finally made a decision to replace it. I took Kyles' recommendation on a new unit, and have never been happier. The entire crew were very respectful and professional and had my new unit up and running in one day. It's nice to know there are still companies that operate with honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a job done well.

Kyle is the man!!! He was able to make it out to my house in less than 20 minutes and had issue diagnosed, found replacement part, within in the hour. literally saved the day and got my A/C unit back up and running. 1000% would recommend!!!

I was referred by a friend’s grandparents — prompt response to my inquiry for an estimate, talked me through different options for what I needed, scheduled work quickly. Estimate was accurate and the guys worked fast. Looking forward to this ac install holding up for many years to come.

We had a bad electrical storm several weekends ago, and the air conditioning was not working. I was able to narrow it down to the unit outside. We tried to get several service companies to squeeze us in and everyone was backed up until the upcoming Monday. My wife was able to put out a request for a HVAC service company....we tried several and finally got a hold of Kyle. He was leaving his last service and on his way to the next. He was squeezing us in...he said at least he could come by and take a look and give us an ideal. He was very professional, courteous, and direct to the point. He was upfront and pointed out a couple things and went beyond the normal service call. 9 minutes later, he had replaced the capacitor and repaired a couple wires because of wear over the years. We’re recommending Kyle and Baker Mechanical to anyone that is in need.

Our A/C recently shut down and within no time the temperature in the house rose to 81 degrees! Not knowing who to call since there are so many A/C repair companies, I called a friend who had recently used Bakers Mechanical Service for an A/C related matter. Her experience with them was very positive so I gave them a call. Within two hours Kyle and his helper arrived and saved the day! He found the problem right away - a clogged drain line with the overflow pan filled with water triggering the float switch to shut down the A/C unit. In no time they had the A/C running again and it didn’t us cost an arm and leg for the repair. They were so friendly, polite and professional, which you don’t always find these days in the service industry. I will definitely use Bakers Mechanical if ever an A/C issue arises in the future and without reservation highly recommend them to others.

Our ac quit blowing cool air in the morning, they were out by 1:45 pm. Found a failed capacitor, replaced it, and were off in 15 minutes. We were so grateful!
I also liked how professional their billing was. They email you an invoice right a way and you can pay online. A very nice option even though I still paid with a check.

I would 100 percent recommend Baker's for all your HVAC needs! I called and spoke with Kyle the day my AC stop working. Kyle came out when he said he would, explained to me what the problem was, and fixed the issue in a reasonable amount of time. The prices seem competitive and I'm so glad I called Baker's when I did!!

First time customer. They answered the phone personally and were at our residence within an hour and a half. Very straight forward and honest guys. They replaced the control board on the system. (our system is 30+ years old) They left to get the part & were back within minutes for a speedy install. Top notch service. There's a lot of choices for HVAC, you can't go wrong with Baker's. Seems it's always the weekend when our ac goes out. 😁 This time, it was a Friday, beginning of August, and our usual guy was out of pocket, not returning my call. One of my awesome clients recommended Kyle's company and gave me his number. I'm so glad she did. Kyle asked me a few questions and pretty much diagnosed the issue over the phone. He was booked for the day, understandably, but said he'd try to get to me same day if possible. Well, he squeezed us in somehow. Showed us what the issue was, quoted, fixed it quickly, shook hands, smiled, and rolled on. I love it when guys know what they're doing, are responsive, efficient, and pleasant to work. Kyle was all those things. He's our guy now.
