What more is there to say other than these guys do excellent work! We purchased a new home with several knee walls. In the course of trying to decide how to retrofit our home's heating and cooling Baker's Mechanical Service was patient with us, providing various quotes for us to review. They then coordinated with our home energy experts to work with their insulation installers to ensure we were comfortable throughout the process. As is often the case the unexpected happened and they quickly rose to the occasion so that work could continue on schedule. Always a pleasure to work with I will definitely use them in the future.

Bakers Mechanical Services – Awesome team!

Our air conditioning units had some issues, and Bakers Mechanical Services came to the rescue despite pouring rain on 7/27/22, Friday. Kyle and Logan pleasantly introduced themselves, didn’t waste any time and worked on the units right away. Kyle explained in detail the problems and what they need to do to fix them. They answered every question I had as they work on the issues. We were not aware that one of the metal ducts got detached from its connection and he said it was a safety issue for carbon monoxide. If we didn’t have the problems with the air conditioning, we wouldn’t have known about the detached duct, so I am thankful something good came out of this. And Kyle was able to identify that quickly. Then, there was this burning smell along the hallway upstairs and they were quick to find what’s causing it. Also, one of the units was low on freon so they replenish it right away. So far, everything works fine now since they made the repairs. I highly recommend Bakers Mechanical Services for their professionalism, reliability, great service, teamwork, competitive price, and value. Don’t go anywhere else, try them! They are truly awesome and down-to earth team!

Update March 2026...5 years later Baker's Mechanical saves the day! Kyle kept excellent records of his work done back then, and promptly emailed me the invoice, so that I can provide proof of his excellent work when we sell our home. Once again, outstanding service and kindness to his customers. I highly recommend Baker's Mechanical to anyone needing hvac work done!

Kyle and Zach rescued our farmhouse 30 miles outside of town from mold. We called upon Baker Mechanical in Oct of 2021 when we discovered mold in the vents of our newly purchased home. They came highly recommended by our home performance energy improvement company. They installed a new 2 stage AC/heat pump properly sized to our home's sq footage. They were responsive when we had technical difficulties several months after the work was done. And then problem solved our ducts as well to evenly distribute air flow in our choppy renovated home. Punctual, professional, detail oriented, reliable and affordable. Baker has been the best contractors we have worked with since moving in to our home. Thank you Kyle and Zach!

Kyle is always quick to respond and get us worked in as soon as possible. He got our AC cooling again in less than an hour from the time I called. He is professional and trustworthy, we always appreciate his help!

Kyle and Zach were wonderful!! They installed two new AC and heating systems for me. They were professional from start to finish. They communicated well throughout the entire process. Their prices are very competitive and on point with quality, personal service. They left my home nice and clean, you would never know they were here, except for the nice cold air blowing through our vents! I will never use another service company for any of my mechanical needs and I will send all my friends their way! Definitely call these guys before you let anyone else help you with your HVAC needs.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We have been without air in the 90 to 100 degree heat for 2 weeks. We used a company recommended by our home warranty insurance, they’re replaced a part incorrectly and basically ruined our air conditioner. Kyle came out within an hour to diagnose our unit. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. He gave a quote and said he could get it running by the end of the day. He stood by his word. The part that the other place “couldn’t” get in and we have been waiting for for a week Kyle got and installed same day. He also fixed half a dozen other parts the first guy ruined. We are so so thankful that our toddler isn’t sleeping in a 90 degree house again. Kyle is honest and dependable. We would recommend him to anyone. He has more than earned our trust.

It isn’t very often you find a contractor where you feel like you know them personally and have their number on speed dial. But, that is exactly the kind of relationship we have with Bakers Mechanical. We have been using them for several years because I know they take good care of us and are just amazing guys. Kyle was a great help today. The company was on time, and he resolved the matter quickly and efficiently. He has gave me some tips on how to confirm things were now running well and signs to look for if my unit ran into problems in the future.

Kyle was very professional and friendly, he was able to solve our issue in under 20 minutes and charged us a fair rate. He even showed us what to do in event our furnace has the same issue in the future. Highly recommend!

AC froze up due to freon leak 🥵 I had Aire Serv come out and look at it. They told me I needed a whole new unit and quoted me $12k 💵 My unit is 30 years old and they said they couldn't get parts for it. I needed a second opinion. They came out and gave us a few different quotes. One to repair the leak ($2100) and 2 different full replacement quotes that were both well under $12k. He just finished replacing the coil and I have AC again <3
