I had been with this company for 15 + years maintaining my heating and air. And have spent a significant amount of money with them. Recently I used their plumbing services and very, very much disappointed. They came out on a Tuesday to unclog a sewer clean out pipe. Unfortunately the following Saturday my drain started backing up again. Right away I called and explained that I needed them to come back because they did not resolve the issue completely. Keep in mind they offer emergency services. They told me they couldn't come back until the following Monday and on top of that wanted to charge me because it may require using a camera. I asked to speak to a Manager they refused to have one call me back until Monday. So to end my frustration I called Williams Plumbing and paid them after wasting my money with Custom. I'm NOT going to spend another dime with Custom after my Heating and Air contract is over.
Update to my review. A manager called me after left my 1 star and my comments. He paid a visit to my home to personally apologize for the poor customer service I received and reimbursed me for the cost of the service they performed. I very much appreciated the service recovery and I will continue to use their heating and air services. Also I will update my rating to a 4.

Custom offers great customer service and perform quality work! They have a maintenance schedule and automatically set-up your 6 month service calls, so I never have to worry about our system. We have used them for over 15 years and they have always done a great job. Highly recommended!!

This was an enjoyable repair visit. I received a call giving me an exact time of arrival. David and Andy were very friendly and professional. They listened carefully when I explained the problem. They quickly fixed the problem. They gave me some suggestions of ways that the heating unit could operate more efficiently. I will recommend these guys to friends and family.

Nathan was great. He did a wonderful job. Very pleasant young man. Very pleased with the service he provided.

Our service tech Jeremy was great. His communication before the appointment was helpful and it didn't stop once he arrived. Jeremy went to work, explained what he was doing and helped me understand more about my system.

I've used Custom Services many times and I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. When my system fails or needs maintenance, they are the first I call.

We have had very good service from Custom. We have been using them for 24 years. Alan was excellent. He was on time, found our air conditioner problem quickly and performed the required repairs. I highly recommend Custom.

I actually had a very pleasant experience..The service member they sent was very knowledgeable and actually cared about fixing the problem the correct way without undermining any other root causes. He explained what he was doing while working and simultaneously finding new installation mistakes made by different company..Which is also important to the customer if they used to be a mechanic and can commiserate haha..I will definitely use them again hopefully not any time soon but great service indeed!

This was my first experience with Custom Services. I had heard many good things about them, and they lived up to their reputation. Very quick and efficient appointment setup, dispatch, diagnosis and repair. The gentleman that did the work, Chris, was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I will definitely continue to use them.

They were very compassionate yet professional. Very knowledgeable! If I have anymore issues I will call these guys with this company! They understood my point of view and made me feel very comfortable with with them. I trust these guys in my home whether I'm home or not and trust is very important to me since my 87 year old mother-in-law lives with us. You want a great job done right call Custom Services and ask for Clay and his team!

Jeremy did a good job. He took care of the problem almost immediately. Very thorough!
Only thing he didn’t have was an extra filter
When the technician came out June 25 he did not blowout the waste pipe.
These guys need a paper checklist when they do a job. I know that’s old school but I’m a teacher and it works!!!

Andy came out for the scheduled maintenance on my air conditioner. He gave me before and after pictures showing how dirty my unit was before he cleaned it. I was shocked. Thank you Andy, great job!

Alan Pfeiffer came out to repair my heater and perform a maintenance check on it as well. First off he asked me if I had paid my gas bill. I do appreciate a good sense of humor!
He explained that my gas valve had quit working and gave me an estimate on a new one.
Overall I was pleased with the service I received.

Clyde replaced my compressor and went above and beyond when I told him it would be helpful if we could have it repaired as quickly as possible, as I am going through chemo treatments right now.
He was courteous and friendly and most importantly- honest!

Custom heat and air really came to my rescue this weekend when my ac sheared a fan blade. I work in mfg support so trust me when I say I'm picky about technical help,but Jeremy was awesome. He went above and beyond to get my unit up and running and also changed my flushed my drain and got all my maintenance up to date!just wow-great guy,great service! Thanks Custom for helping me keep my cool!

Paige was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She took her time to explain things thoroughly. I was very happy with her service.

Custom always gives great service and maintenance to our units. We have had a few service people over the past thirty + years and they have always been knowledgeable and courteous. Alan P. has been our service person for several years and he is wonderful.

Demetrio Mejia was incredibly fast, dedicated and efficient. He showed up really soon afterI called for a repair on a non-functioning heater. He was great at explaining every detail about the repair that was needed, fast at going to collect the part needed and he was experienced and smart enough to check out the part before coming back with it and found that he'd been given the wrong part before having to do an additional step when he got here with it. He made for a very pleasant experience in a situation that could have been very stressful. Now I can go into the bitter cold part of the winter feeling confident about my heater I hope Demetrio will be available for any future service needed!

They went above and beyond and were able to get a technician out within an hour after 5pm. The Technician Andy was incredibly polite and informative. He had our furnace pushing out heat within 20 minutes. Then offered us some maintenance options and was very informative. We will show our appreciation by making them our first call for Heat & Air issues.

Chris was great. He did my semiannual check up, replaced my filter, and made sure my systems were good to go (including my hot water tank, which I didn’t even realize was part of it). I’ve now used Custom for an emergency service call AND for regular preventative maintenance - and have been very happy with both!

Jeremy came out on holiday weekend. Was very thorough with explanation of our options for repair and associated costs. Got the unit up and running with temporary repair. As promised he called with the estimate for providing and installing compressor on the AC unit. Again very thorough with explanation . Would give him an A+ rating. He’s a true benefit to your organization.

Technican very polite and knowledgeable.
Was not very long after checking a few areas he had it figured out. He shared price, had the part on the truck. Asked for my approval. Once I gave approval he went to work & had A.C. unit up and running. Explained very well how the new part operated.
Very professional. I appreciated the way he handled the situation.
Thank you for putting me into an emergency call, for I have health issues and A.C. is a must.

Jeremy is excellent. He has done maintenance on our unit before. We discussed our problem and options and he showed me on his iPhone the diagnostics so I could see my issues. He took pictures and his report after the service was very detailed. I have been a customer of Custom for 40+ yrs and highly recommend them.
