Alan was so helpful! He came to service our air conditioner within about 30 minutes of us calling. He was very friendly and finished the repair quickly with no problem. We have always had exceptional service from Custom and today was no exception. Thank you so much for helping us stay cool during this crazy time.

Called this morning because heater decided it wanted to be an air conditioner instead and just blow cool air. They had someone on there way to me very quickly!! The tech fixed the issue quickly and explained it all to me. I have used Custom twice now and am very happy with how they run the business and take care of their customers.

We have been a customer of Custom Heat & Air for many years. Their Team of service people have always been professional and very knowledgeable. Jeremy was very helpful when he completed our yearly AC maintenance and made some updates to our system that should be very beneficial during the summer months.

I enjoy the peace of mind of Custom Services maintenance plan. They come out twice a year and tune up our Trane HVAC system that they installed several years ago. The technicians always take the time to make recommendations and explain why and the best ways to maintain our system. Our recent tech, Gregory, was very friendly and professional.

This review includes what Custom has provided this home for more than 20 years. The heating and air conditioning units have been replaced and I pay for the yearly maintenance check for the heating and air. When I deal with the office they have always been professional and friendly. Those they send to do the maintenance checks and repairs are friendly and professional and do their job without complaints. When there has been a problem, Custom has been who I have called. Friendship is not a factor, just quality work and work ethic.

We used Custom Services when our air conditioner went out. Our furnace was at the end as well. We used Custom Services for a complete new unit. From the first contact call with Abby, all the way to the technicians , the service was great. The work the technicians did was outstanding. Very clean. Looks great !

I would highly recommend Custom services. They were friendly professional and timely. I was told it would take a full day to clean the air ducts but they were able to send 2 crews and finished in half day. Very pleasant surprise! They cleaned up any messes made and were very careful and protective of my new hard wood floors. I will definitely use them again!

The guys were great! I highly recommend! The guys were friendly and professional and took the time and the care to repair the broken faucet rather than replace it, saving me hundreds of dollars! Jeremy did a great job checking our furnace today. He explained the analysis steps, if there was any corrective action needed, and the benefits to meeting the standards to provide the customer the best combination of comfort and efficiency. I was impressed with Jeremy's technical knowledge and attention to detail while checking out the HVAC system.

My technician was Omar, who was very professional, answered all my questions completely and with understandable detail. This young man went above and beyond. I asked if it would be a problem with the unit sitting a little canted (nothing drastic). Omar used rubber shims not only to level the unit but to eliminate any vibration AT NO CHARGE & without me asking. The invoice is very explanatory in format but also Omar's description of what was done was very detailed and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more from the company or from the technician. This is the value of service that we enjoyed 20-30 years ago! Yes, I'm old. But I'm also very happy to have used Custom Services. Highly recommended!

Showed up early, was here for about thirty minutes, we have had some issues with the technician that was sent out, and wondering if he even did service the unit, I know the filter was replaced. However again he told us about a gas leak and was quick to off their plumbing services, so we had our plumbers out and there was no gas leak of any kind, the plumbers checked in the house and under the house and found no evidence of a gas leak.

We have decided to take our services elsewhere.

Brian was super helpful today! He was very patient to answer all of my questions and concerns and the moment he stepped into the house and I addressed the problem, he figured it out in less than 1 minute!!! Wow! I should have known that right? No. Brian knows his job really well! Highly recommend!

Custom Services personnel have always been very friendly, professional in all ways and helpful. They respond quickly to any problem I might have. They just completed installation of a new A/C and Furnace and the technicians worked diligently for 2 days in the heat and humidity...never complaining.....and R.J. consistently kept me updated on what they were doing. Debbie (in the office) is an absolute joy to talk with....she is so friendly and explains everything to me. It is so reassuring to know that if I have a problem they will respond quickly and professionally. I have been their customer since 2006 and have always been completely satisfied with their service. If the opportunity ever arises, I will definitely recommend Custom Services!!

We have utilized Custom Services as our heating and air company for the past 28 years! That’s correct. We have been with them since the beginning. They‘ve improved our comfort in all three of the homes we’ve lived in over the years. They accessed our needs, and have always delivered what needed to be done in a pleasant, professional, punctual manner. We feel that we’ve received high quality products and service at a fair price. We do subscribe to their PMA program, which gives a nice sense of security. Years ago, when our children were toddlers, our heater quit late into the evening on a very cold night. With one call made, Custom was there, at a reasonable rate. And because Custom honors and see the value of your requesting the same technician each time- Alan knew we had small children and how important heat was throughout the night, so we were made a priority.
That’s our story, but I’m sure other clients have many similar stories to share. And by the same token, we’ve gladly given our appointment times to people who have had higher priority due to their needs. It’s just how this company works. Custom is a wonderful company which I can’t say enough nice things about. They’re a great group of people!

Finnegan in the office was very supportive and helpful and Jeremy came out right away that day and did repair and maintenance on my air conditioning system. They are both an asset to this company. Very impressed with this company! Very quick, professional and affordable. Every person I’ve met or spoken too with this company has been extremely kind and eager to help. My circumstance was not an easy task and they have managed to completely remove, reroute and install a new heat and air unit in a very short time! Much appreciated during a hot Oklahoma summer! Had an ongoing issue with our furnace. We were very frustrated and ready to get rid of our system that is 5 years old. Many repairman could not find the issue. Called Custom Service and so glad we did. Leo Thacker came out and kept checking and researching. He really put a lot of time into this. We were amazed they resolved the issue. Custom Services was very honest and has been amazing. Highly recommend.
