I received a call from Luis saying that the plumber, Theodore, would be there within 30 minutes. True to his word, Theodore arrived at 9:30 and discussed the issue in detail, providing me with four to five estimates. He was absolutely superb and will be returning tomorrow to start the work. Luis also took the initiative to replace the dip tube on my hot water heater, noticing rust forming around the connection. I couldn't be more pleased with Luis and his crew's work.
