Jeremy Armstron, owner of BA French Drains, was hired by us to lay sod on the east side of our home. (He was highly recommended to us by a reputable sod farm.) Jeremy was especially communicative and very knowledgeable. The work that was done was timely and very well done! My husband and I would recommend this company to anyone. I got a chance to meet his wife Marinda at one point. She was a lovely, knowledgeable, and supportive person. What a great, trustworthy, family owned business! We are very pleased with the Armstrongs and their well-run business.

BA French Drains did a great job repairing my French Drain. Jeremy responded to my inquiry regarding a repair the same day that I contacted the company on Facebook. He explained the procedure to repair and gave me an estimate via email that evening. I felt that the quote and final price were very fair. His team showed up on time and were done the repair in half a day. They were all very professional and they even took the leftover dirt from the repair and spread it over a low section in my yard. I will definitely use them again if needed and will refer them to friends.

Jeremy put a sump pump in last year. This year it quit working. Within 24 hours he was at our home. Took in the bad pump, brought us out a new one and we are back working in a couple of business days. Very appreciate of his promptness !! There was no cost to us!!! A new pump!! Problem solved! highly recommend this company!

Jeremy listened to my scope of work and made a good build. This was much appreciated after the last company never seemed to listen to what I wanted but kept quoting me the same amount even when I removed work from their scope. Work was completed timely and most important they stuck to the quote unlike other contractors who have bid on jobs and then bill more saying they just gave an estimate. Overall, I recommend for good work at a fair price.

We had BA French Drains put in surface drains and a 2 part drain system with river rocks on part of it. Pricing was spot on, communication was second to none which is tough to find these days. Jeremy kept me in the loop the entire time as well as answered any/all of my text questions throughout the job. His crew men were very nice and did a great job with the install and the sod laying. They cleaned all of their mess up and washed off the driveway where all the rock was dropped. I would 100% recommend BA French drains to someone else. Very happy customer!

We hired BA French Drains after years of drainage problems. Standing water, muddy side yards, and runoff from neighbors' yards. This wasn't a simple job.

Jeremy stayed steady through the entire project ...

I came in with detailed questions after doing my own research. He never dismissed them or got defensive. He took my notes seriously, clarified the plan in writing, updated drawings when I asked, and made sure I understood how the system would work.

We made upgrades as the project progressed, including converting part of the yard into a full rock drainage corridor rather than just capping trenches.

The crew handled those changes without hesitation and executed everything cleanly.

We also had an unrelated sewage backup surface mid-project. Jeremy spotted it while walking the yard with me. Turned out someone upstream had been dumping grease in the lines.

This happened on top of the drainage work, and rain was forecast for the final day. Jeremy brought his family - wife, kids, everyone to help finish the job on time.

I'm not someone who hugs people, but I hugged him at the end.

Great company and did a fantastic job. They tied in all my down spouts to the French drain. I don't have to worry about my yard or porch flooding anymore. Very helpful and very considerate. Sent updates on progress and notified on timing. Friendly and accommodating. No issues or concerns at all. Highly recommend.
