Even when he replaced our garbage disposal it ended up being something else, he didn’t leave us hanging and made sure we got taken care of before leaving. Super pleased with this company and definitely recommend for any plumbing work!

The brothers worked on replacing my outside faucet. I liked that they were up front with me with the cost. Honesty is very important to me. I also liked that they were at my house less than an hour with the replacement parts. They were easy to talked to and they fixed my faucet in no time. I did not like the slow dripping from the spigot, so they stay back to make sure the dripping stopped. Give them a call, tell them exactly what you want done, and they will make it happen!

We’ve used Sargent’s Plumbing twice and both times they were awesome! The first time was last Christmas Eve afternoon. Our half bath toilet was leaking. They were able to schedule us that day. Hayden arrived on time, assessed the situation, fixed it quickly and didn’t leave a mess.
Just recently, the same toilet developed another problem. Called Sargent’s. Jeffrey arrived a little early (not a problem), listened to my concerns and made some adjustments hoping to correct the problem. Unfortunately, it didn’t. He told me it might not; that the toilet should be replaced. Doing that in a couple of days. Quoted a reasonable price for this replacement. He and Andrew have been very patient in answering my questions.
Highly recommend!

Will definitely use Andrew again! He was able to fix our problem with faucet installation that was done by someone else. He charged by the hour and was quick to get things fixed!

Our hot water tank went down this morning and we were at a loss. I called Sargent's plumbing and Andrew Sargent took my call. He had Jeffrey Sargent come to our house in a very short matter of time. Jeffrey installed a new hot water tank and you could tell that he really takes pride in his workmanship. Totally satisfied with the quick response and a job well done.
Follow up, I had a slight drain problem from the install but Sargent's plumbing responded immediately and took care of it. Great company, with great service.

Called Andrew for a leaking bathtub faucet. Sent him a video, and within an hour, he was there with the right part and had it fixed within 15 mins. Outstanding customer service and worth the price!

Plumbers arrived as scheduled. They wore shoe booties as requested. They performed the plumbing repair, explaining everything as they went along. They answered any questions I had. Also provided a senior discount.

Sargents plumbing did a great job for us! They returned our service call immediately on a Sunday and came out to our home the following day at the exact time they said they would. The clogged drain was cleared immediately!!! Sargents plumbing staff is very professional and informative. Great service!!

My customer had a slab leak and Sargent made it out same day to locate the leak. Scheduled repairs the day after Christmas and Alex and Alec came out and worked late and then back the next morning to finish up. I highly recommend their services.

Alex was super helpful and informative. He explained the entire process while he helped us with our issue. They did not charge a fee just to come out and tell us the problem. They were quick, helpful, informative, and very transparent.
They replaced the broken cartridge in our shower which was preventing the water from shutting off. They were there from about 1pm-4pm and charged us $600. $100 for the part and $500 for the service.

Excellent customer service, promptly provided estimate and did all repairs within a day. Guaranteed their work and when we called the next day about some minor leaks under the bathroom sinks, they apologized and returned promptly and fixed it to our satisfaction. We will be using their services again to install a PRV for our house.
