One of our shut off valves under our kitchen sink had developed a steady leak and was causing a watery mess. Our house is 34 years old and my wife and I decided to replace both valves and we needed help so we called Beene Services LLC who are located in Broken Arrow where we live. Talked to MaKeena at Beene Services and I sent her a few photos of our valve location. Beene Services gave me a quick reply to replace both shut off valves and Alex, one of their repair guys came out and quickly put on two new shut off valves and fixed our water leak issue. Alex was very friendly, very professional and got right to work , and had our water leak issue fixed quickly. The price they charged us was under what we had been quoted by other plumbing companies. A quick note also about MaKeena, she was very friendly, professional, and she was a big help also. If you need plumbing work, my wife and I recommend you using Beene Services LLC. The photo shows our new valves.

I highly recommend Beene Serviced. I had a major plumbing problem on a Saturday. Alex came out and took care of my issue. Alex is professional, kind, knowledgeable and explains what needs to be done as well as answering any questions you might have. Again, I highly recommend this company.

Alex with Beene was awesome!! He was friendly and efficient. As he was on his way he called to ask a couple of questions so he could come prepared and not waste any time. He communicated with me throughout the entire process of fixing our water heater and gave me a quote (with no pressure) on what it would be to completely replace it. We will for sure be using them again for all our plumbing needs!!

They were responsive, fair pricing, quick and clean. They got me out of a bind when an under slab hot water line broke. I’m from Tulsa and seen the name for decades and work in commercial construction. I didn’t know they did residential repairs and when I found out I knew I was getting experience. I’m impressed and will use them in the future.

Update…

Well I take it all back. They did come and fix my water line. They drilled multiple holes thru my cabinets after the first 2 were in the wrong place. They were not clean holes. I specifically asked for the water lines to be clearly marked for hot and cold and be surfaced mounted. They were not and now you hear water lines banging against my cabinets when you turn the hot water on and off. I have 2 clear lines unmarked and not a red and blue pex. So trouble shooting can be difficult. I’m going to have to repair the cabinets and have another company come fix the plumbing lines and install the correct way. There was no craftsmanship here after I started digging into this further. I paid over $1500. When I confronted the installer he said he was just trying to hurry since it took longer than qouted. Unbelievable. No integrity. I will share photos soon.

Philp and C.J. are amazing at what they do. Approached the issue like a puzzle to solve and not just a job. Really took care of me. They were constantly telling me what they were doing and why. Their communication made me feel like a family member. Other big branded plumbers just noped right out.

Bought a house a few months back that had plumbing issues we didn’t know where there. In a panic I searched the web for reputable companies and Sargent’s Plumbing and Drain came out within 30 mins, gave me a free quote and assured they would have it brand new. Sargent's Plumbing replaced my very old toilet the same day that I called. They did a professional job, and they were polite.

We have had issues with our sewer backing up into the house for a long time. I was worried when I first called because Sargent’s charges by the hour but wait.. They helped unclog the drain so fast it will make your head spin! Super nice, honest, and much more than fair to say the least. Use Sargent’s once and you won’t let anyone else help with your plumbing. Our issue was a little flap that broke off to keep sewage from back flowing into the home. (Ironic isn’t it that this is exactly what this valve caused several times?!). We couldn’t be happier!

Andrew and his crew fixed a slab leak, very knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this guys to anyone having plumbing issues !!
