Once again, Beene Services to my rescue, this time to repair my hot water heater. First experience was with the QUICK installation of my gas stove we just purchased. I was so impressed with how quickly they installed my stove that I turned around and called them a couple days later when I broke my shower valve. Found out it was the boss who installed my stove! Quick and very professional! It's nice to have a good "plumber" you can rely on. Thank you Beene Services, one happy satisfied customer!

I have not used them. Not for lack of trying but I have never received a callback so I am done trying to use them. Now for the drivers.. In short they can drive. I am usually cutoff by one of their vehicles once a month. I will not use them.

I called Katlin this afternoon because we had a water leak in the shower and had to turn the water off. Kristopher Hill responded to the call for help and came out this afternoon/evening to fix it. He was very professional with regards to the quality of work and attention to detail. I enjoyed visiting with him while he was here. I think Kris also did our Hot Water tank back in the winter and that also was a great experience. Thank you Kris and Katlin for all your help today.

Beene services is who I recommend to everyone. They are professional, knowledgable, on time, and do quality work. I have used them for changing out a hot water tank, replacing sewer lines and installing a new toilet. I have a older home and have old pipes . They understand that and do a great job replacing them if not repairable They let you know up front what needs to be done and want to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I highlly recommentd you call them for all your plumbing needs

I called Beene Services to install a gas line for a new fireplace. The plumber was extremely professional and provided great service. My line was a bit challenging to install but he took it in stride and with patience and determination, got the job done. I was very impressed at how clean he kept the area during and after the job. He had to cut a couple of holes in the drywall for the installation but the holes were done so perfectly that the even the carpenter who came to repair the holes was pleasantly surprised. It was an all-around excellent customer service experience and I would definitely recommend Beene for any of your plumbing needs.

First, since I am giving a glowing review, I want to say I am not related too, don't have a share of and have no other reason to rate this company a five-star other than their work.
I had a possible water pipe break and this is the company that was called. Beene called me at 7am and said someone would be there around 9am. Alex showed up at 830am. I did have a pipe break under my kitchen sink and down into the foundation concrete.
Alex explained what was going on and what it would take to resolve the issue. He paid meticulous attention not scratch my hardwood floors, cleanup after and was a polite and respectful person the entire time. The job took about 10hours.
I don't know about the company as a whole, but if this is the type of people they employ, I will recommend and use them again in the future.

No one wants to deal with a water line break, especially when it is the fire suppression sprinkler system supply line and when that happened @ our commercial building and I called Beene they came out immediately and got us taken care of, repaired and operational in a day! Professional and courteous with fair and reasonable prices. Cannot say enough good things about this company. They do residential and commercial and I will definitely put them at the top of list of who to call when we have plumbing issues here at the shop and my home as well.

I would recommend Beene to anyone needing service. They stand behind their work 100%. I had an issue after they installed a hot water tank. They identified and showed me the issue was not due to their workmanship, however they went above and beyond and fixed it. I will use them again without hesitation.
