Purchased 3 items from here because my contractor recommended them. 2 of the 3 items were incorrect and wouldn’t work with each other. The sales person told me these were the items I needed. Thankfully my plumber had one of the wrong parts on his truck and he traded me for the one I was sold. The other wrong item I had to drive back to Broken Arrow, an hour round trip, to exchange it. It was a cartridge and the wrong one was already installed, so I needed this one so they could be swapped by my plumber. The lady at the front that gave me the correct one told me to make sure I returned the incorrect one because they would have to charge me for it. So I will have to make another one hour round trip to handle their mistake so they won’t charge me extra. I haven’t decided if I’m going to make that trip back to return their incorrect part, and I can assure you I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR IT IF THEY SEND ME A BILL!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The old lady with short hair completely ignored me as she only spoke to my husband he even said something to her.
She was rude and dismissive, I left your store feeling completely ignored. I will not recommend you to any of my friends, that’s for sure. When a couple comes in you should always greet both people. Not to mention that is why we walked out only buying the sink and not the faucet etc taking my business elsewhere.
I used to teach seminars on customer service if you want I would do it for free

Super helpful. We came in having problems with a leak in our bathtub and the customer service was great. The man who helped us talked us through everything we needed to know to fix the problem. He was patient and thorough and didn't try to oversell us! Definitely coming back.

One of your employees ran me off the road this afternoon by 91st and the Mingo expressway. He is a white male, shaggy hair and in a blue shirt. Pretty sure he was texting and driving in a white pickup truck. I saw him turn onto riverside going towards Jenks. This is not ok, teach your employees about road safety.

Beautiful showroom and great customer service! They special ordered fixtures for a cast iron 1927 Kohler kitchen sink! Turned out perfect! And one of my favorite things in my 1911 rustic cold cabin a heated toilet seat!!!! Everyone that uses it loves it!!!Thanks Donna and Jessica for your patience and help!
