Markim's service technicians are professional and always polite. They explain the work they are about to do and answer any questions I may have. And they always clean up before they leave. They have always done excellent work for me.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job setting up and repairing the pipes, faucets, and hoses for our washing machine! They came out to our house, were so kind and personable, and got the job done. My parents water heater went out. Markim came out and shut the water off to the tank allowing them to have water in the house until they could replace the tank. They came out this morning and replaced the tank. My mom was happy!! It was a very pleasant experience.

Mark's team fixed our broken A/C drainage pipe. They were responsive, fast, and professional.

I appreciated that Markim were able to receive photos by text, because that enabled them to understand the problem and prepare for the job before they arrived at my house.

Our hot water heater went out so we called Markim Plumbing and Heating. They came right out to see if the water heater could be. repaired. It was old. and needed to be replaced. They replaced it and we had hot water again the same day! I give them 5 stars for friendliness, promptness, and quality. We highly recommend Markim Plumbing!

I have had the pleasure of using Markim Plumbing for the renovation of two bathrooms and my kitchen. I must say, they are an exceptional company. Their attention to detail and precision in every aspect and measurement is truly commendable.

Initially, I had used the plumber hired by my general contractor, but unfortunately, that decision did not yield satisfactory results. However, upon reaching out to Markim, they promptly sent Jerry to rectify the mistakes made by the previous plumber. Despite the challenging situation he walked into, with missing parts and improperly placed plumbing, Jerry remained composed and handled everything with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Great customer service. Bobby, the tech showed up promptly after he let me know he was on the way. Serviced my AC unit very quickly and was very nice. Would recommend and use again.

I highly impressed with Markim. We discovered a leak late on a Sunday. Messaged Markim that night, early Monday morning I received a message and got put on the schedule that day! Timothy came out and was able to even run a line the same day! I had water by 5:00. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and hardworking! Thank you Markim for the amazing service! Definitely would recommend them!

They do not push to sell. They even explained why something I asked help with had a much cheaper 'fix'. I also had toilet tank parts replaced but had a problem with toilet inlet water turning on every 30 minutes or so for about 10 seconds afterward. They came back and diagnosed failure in the new parts and exchanged the bad parts at their expense.

We are so pleased with our new a/c unit! David, Connor and Will were great! We really appreciate their professionalism, attitude and attention to detail. Thanks again for your help with this stressful situation!

Can’t say enough good things about Markim Plumbing. We’ve called them several times and had really good service. Most recently we called for a backed up drain. They had a tech (Tim) there and the problem fixed within 4 hours of my call!!!

Update 8/19/25:

Today marks the third time we’ve relied on Markim in the past year to help us with a plumbing issue. Markim fixed a backed up drain, replaced a water heater a couple months ago, and repaired a slab leak today. Mike, Aaron, and Tim were fantastic!! They, along with Mark, communicated clearly and often helping us get our house back together. Thank you Markim!

Markim Plumbing was recommended by a friend and came to our rescue after another plumber couldn't fix our problem. Jerry arrived and we explained that we had very low water pressure at our bathtub faucet. He evaluated things and checked the valve for blockage and cleaned it. We told Jerry that the cartridge had already been replaced by the other plumber. That's as far as the first plumber went, and didn't bother to check the valve saying that the problem would not be in the valve. INSTEAD, the first plumber with a well-known company said that we needed to do a total re-pipe of our house. We even had good water pressure at other faucets. Problem solved with Markim Plumbing at a reasonable price! Thank you and will use again.

Mark was great to work with during scheduling and answered all of our questions. He was able to get us scheduled quickly. Bryan did great on the install. Very detailed in the work as well as showing us how to operate our new water heater.
