Outstanding service! I contacted Markim for a quote to replace a couple of split units at my workplace (long term care facility) and was thoroughly impressed. David provided the initial quote—he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Brant later came out to install the new units, and his professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. He worked hard to ensure everything was functioning perfectly for the elderly who live in our facility. I truly appreciate the quality of their work.

A friend told me to give them a call, I was in need of a complete a/c and heat system replacement. From talking to Isaac and getting estimate to Bobby and Will that did the install ,it was outstanding service! Great company's do still exist.

Markim did provide the lowest cost however the reason I chose them was due to the passion and professionalism that David presented when discussing which unit and brand would best fit our needs. We recently started using Markim and both times we received exceptional service from Bobby. He did a thorough job and provided understandable explanations to keep our heating/AC unit running efficiently.

OMG I called for a plumber at Markim because my kitchen sink was leaking really bad. When David came he found that the faucet had just come loose. How embarrassing! He tightened it up and didn't charge me anything! That doesn't happen anymore, I'm so happy! Also they actually answer the phone greeting me by name! I love this company.

Timothy arrived exactly on time and did a thorough review of my 14 year old water heater. Unfortunately it was leaking and definitely needed replacing so he immediately ordered the parts and after installation, he explained how to relight it if necessary. He tested it and everything was working perfectly. Installation was completed in less than four hours even though I was asking lots of questions. Timothy was very pleasant and friendly. Great job.

Had air-conditioning trouble. Issac, the scheduler got us on the schedule quickly. Markim worked around our crazy schedule to get a tech onsite when it worked for us. Connor the Tech was extremely professional, kind, and knew his stuff. Connor determined the issue and got it fixed super quick. Very reasonably priced. Connor and the team didn't try to upsell us on any unnecessary work which has been my experience when using other "local" companies. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Markim replaced my hot water tank after if suddenly quit on me. I was grateful for the same day service. The installers were very professional and did a great job. Very thankful and would highly recommend!

My sprinkler pipe busted in the freezing cold due to the outlet not working for the heating tape. Markim was able to get someone here same day.

He fixed it quickly and for a fair price. He also let me know about the outlet problem and hooked up the cord to an alternate outlet until that can get fixed. Additionally, he took the time to make sure I understood how to properly winterize the pipe.

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for anything more! Highly recommended!

This is the second time I’ve used Markim. We had another slab leak like we had two years ago. Tim with Markim even did the job the last time and this time. Fortunately I was able to cut the slab myself since the leak was so close to an easy access. What a professional. He was quick and did the job right. They got me taken care of the same day that I called. Within an hour or two of calling even! I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repair!!

I contacted Markim plumbing when my garbage disposal was not working. I was offered same day service but had a conflict so Simeon came at an agreed upon time the next day. Simeon was prompt, professional, and friendly. He had my problem diagnosed and corrected in about 15 minutes. Because it was such a simple fix, there was no charge. No $200 service fee for the trouble of showing up. No upsell recommendation. Just solid service and locally owned business service.

Markim Plumbing was highly recommended by friends from our church, and I’m glad I chose them for the job. This was my first experience with Markim Plumbing, and I requested a technician to locate a suspected leak under our slab. Shortly after, I received a text from Isaac, who was eager to set up an appointment for David, the technician, to come out and investigate the leak.
After completing his previous job, Isaac informed me that David was enroute and, true to his word, David arrived promptly. Upon greeting David at the door, he respectfully put on his booties before entering our home and quickly assessed the situation. David efficiently determined it was a hot water line leak and pinpointed its location in our spare bedroom.
Soon after, Jerry arrived to verify the suspected leak location. Grant skillfully busted out the concrete, finding the leak just three inches from David's initial marking. Grant was able to meet Mike on his day off and secure the materials and equipment needed to make the repairs, ensuring they used high-quality materials. Within an hour, we had hot water running again.
Mark and his team treated us like family throughout the process. I would highly recommend Markim Plumbing for any repair needs. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
