I definitely would never recommend these people. I was told I would have a two year warranty for replacing all the old rusted galvanized pipes in our home, less than a month over their imposed ONE year they refuse to act on something I pointed out to them twice before when they were on site finishing the job and on a return visit. I won't go into all the arguments I've had with these people and I get that they want to "save money" but these guys know they are in the wrong (or at least the guy that did the work does). The story: replaced all galvanized plumbing overhead and was SUPPOSED to clean all faucet debris when all they did was merely run the screens under water to clean. The problem STARTED in the shower/bath faucets where debris had rested from old
galvanized pipe and when the hot water was in use, you had to clear the rusty water before it would run clean. I was told that one specific problem (in the bath/shower faucet) would eventually clear up but it didn't, and only got worse. I had also insisted that the water pressure was not the same as "before" but I was blown off about cleaning out the debris in the line (cartridge?) behind the tub faucet - TWICE. At the time they were wrapping up still leaving galvanized pipe where it was supposed to ALL be replaced "throughout the house" ... We have big holes everywhere where they tore through the walls, torn up tile... and STILL NO DECENT SHOWER WATER. So NOW the debris has settled and all but blocked the water flow altogether. Before they left I had them write on the ticket the verbal 2 year warranty given to me (their form states only one year) but the guy knew there was a problem because I told him twice - he just didn't want to spend the time or money to fix it! Now that I have almost no water flow, it's TWO WEEKS over their imposed "1 year warranty" and all
I got was "sorry charlie... we won't be helping you out" Why? "Because that is not something that we fixed or replaced" ...WHAT? DUH!!! AVOID them at all costs, seriously! This is the only bad review I've ever given but they shouldn't be able to get away with this stuff. It should have been fixed from the gitgo! Anyway, the story is true and they know it. Thousands of $$ later and we still have no free flowing bath or shower water with which to bathe! Full circle where I started. I'll release Karma on this one, they already took the money and ran. (Angie, just wants to argue every little point - no customer relations there)

For little things they're great, but my water heater is out and the plumber didnt tell me he was going to be late HOURS after the scheduled time, and he didnt even bother to take down the information he needed for the replacement so now tomorrow's job is dragged on longer. Do I get a discount for them not being professional? I highly doubt it.

They were able to get us in the same day and were very polite. I would also say that it was a great value for the price! Will be using them again next time. I had a clogged toilet but I would use them for other services based on this experience.

Christopher was the plumber that came and worked on my problem. Very nice young man. Addressed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Cleared my drain upstairs. Explained everything he had to do. And the price did NOT break the bank! I recommend Horizen. And for any future problem I may have (I hope not)... I'll be sure to call this company. 😊😊

Had a gas leak recently and Shawn was sent out to take care and repair. Awesome guy, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Highly recommend using Horizon!!!

Use Horizon if you absolutely have to, and make sure you are home when they do the repairs or they will over charge you guaranteed.

Our waste line was backed up so they came out and cleared the line on a Friday evening. I was not home but my nanny was, so I knew when they arrived and when they left. When they called for payment they were overcharging me by an hour. When confronted they reluctantly dropped the charge back to a one hour charge (they were there less than an hour). By Sunday morning the clog was back so I called them up and they came out and cleared the line again, no charge. By Monday morning the issue was back again so the owner himself showed up with a camera and discovered that the backwater valve was damaged (which I realized later that they had damaged with their snake on the first visit).

He quoted me a charge of $500-$600 for the repairs. They arrived the next morning, again I left the house in charge of the nanny as I had to go to work. They told me if I cleared the bushes and dug the hole to the line the charge would be exceptionally less. So I did. Later that evening I got the call for payment and the charge was $650. I demanded to know how on earth it could be that much since I was initially quoted less plus I shaved a couple hours off their labor with my own efforts. The secretary told me she'd call me back after speaking with the owner. 15 mins later she called back with the story - they were again over-charging me on the labor (3 hours instead of the actual 2.5 hours) and a hefty $250 extra charge for the camera work the day before, which took them less than 10 minutes to perform.

Again, use them if you absolutely have to and make sure you're home watching the clock cause they will overcharge you.

We had used horizon for years. The last three times we use them there were issued. The last time they came out for a clogged guest bathroom sink. The original service man called a second man for help. They were here for hours. They wound up going up on the roof and completely blew up my husband's toilet.They replaced it with a cheaper version and left that bathroom filthy. Another time they added a new faucet to our guest bathroom sink. They reversed the lines so you have to turn the handle left for cold water and right for hot water. We will never use them again and do not recommend Horrizon. Their service men are not trained like they used to.

To whom it may concern. In reply to your reply. It is totally untrue that you can not find us listed as doing business with Horizon. We did business with you for over 15 years. Although it is under my husband;s name, there is only two familys with the name Siftar in the Tulsa area. We have proof that they broke our toilet. If you are going to respond, please do not lie to the public. I do not need to call. We are finished doing business with Horizon. They are not the same company as they were when we first started doing business with you.

My family and I went on vacation over Labor Day Weekend and came home to a huge flood in my house that caused major damage to my floors. I didn't know any area plumbers so I opened the phone book and chose Horizon Plumbing. I called them immediately and I explained my situation. Angie, who took my call, was extremely professional and efficient. Soon thereafter Clayton, a plumber from Horizon, and his helper, Donny, arrived at my house and assessed the situation, came up with a plan and immediately started working. Clayton was very patient as he explained each and every thing he would be doing. He is very detail orientated, knowledgeable, honest and kind. His work performance went above and beyond all my expectations. Because of his extensive knowledge of plumbing, he was able to save me $6,000.00. I don't think any other company would be so honest to do what he did to save me all that money. Their work was extraordinarily successful and they took every measure to be as neat as possible. Even after they left for the day, if I had a question, I would call Clayton on his personal phone and he would answer anything I asked. He even personally spoke to my insurance company on several occasions. I would never use another plumber in the future except Horizon Plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have used Horizon for all my plumbing needs for the past couple of years for a variety of situations and have been very pleased with the quality, pricing, willingness to answer all my questions and provide reasonable solutions. Also the office personnel are always patient, helpful and efficient.

First time using Horizon and very pleased. Ryan came to check out why we had water leaking into the living room. He looked, determined the issue & fixed it all within an hour. I would highly recommend them to someone with a plumbing issue.

Our technician did a fantastic job in helping us source the leak, resolving the backup, and getting a new toilet installed. He was professional, efficient, and cleaned up even more than expected after the job was done. I greatly appreciate it, and would recommend Horizon to anyone!

My warm water heater blew out yesterday and I called Angie from Horizon Plumbing to the rescue. All I can say is "WOW", what an amazing, friendly and efficient service experience. The plumber, Art was kind, informative and got me hooked up with hot water in a jiffy.

We had to have our water turned off due to a busted pipe. Called many plumbing companies that would not even try to get someone out that same day. Called horizon and the lady was very kind to find a plumber to come out to our pipe quickly. The plumber was very quick and amazing at fixing the pipe and turning the water back on. There was an amazing value of work done for the price paid.

We worked with Horizion and the quote was very misleading. Was advised 1700 for escavation. Talked about bringing in a escavator and the time the tech would take to get one. Got my bill and wow, Apparently the tech digging a hole with a shovel was "escavation". Also did not disclose Sunday rates were wayYY higher than Sat rates. Tread lightly with these guys. They stick it to you on the back end. Wish I could give a zero rating.

Brian was the gentleman that came to our rescue from Horizon Plumbing! He is very polite, listened to what we had to say, and on point! We had terrible water pressure over the weekend amongst the storm damaged people are experiencing. Horizon was quick to answer my call set an appointment. Their service is great! Very polite and professional workers! On the first day they showed up promptly at the start of the day 830am, even with it being a federally recognized holiday (Juneteenth). Unfortunately, they could not locate our water meter. So they called the city of Broken Arrow and had them meet them at our residence first thing the next morning. They did all the foot work and took care of us! We got a PVR replacement done in a few hours and have wonderful water pressure back in our home. We highly recommend this local company and Brian to be your service provider! Thank you Brian and Horizon Plumbing!
