Delivered some copper pipe and they were an awesome reciever to deliver to and pretty quick for having to wait for them to load their delivery trucks first. It worked out since had to breakdown my sidekit trailer anyways

For delivery driver entrance is at w Vancouver st,for box truck u will be ok but for semi docking is blind spot make sure you turn around before getting in into the docking area otherwise you may end up stranded inside the area.
NO overnight here but you may park to next building before here if they late you park im not sure because I don't any sign for warning.good lucky fellas

Worst customer service of any of the Locke Supply’s that I have been to. Staff was less than helpful. I didn’t want to help myself so I’ll just go somewhere else.

I’ve been in this store at least 3 times in the last 6 months for various reasons only I come back out feeling so stupid!! These guys in BA don’t help at all!! Maybe if i was a contractor or some specialist but as an average joe you better know exactly what you want!!
As one of thier employees told me yesterday they are not technicians!

I have started going to this location verses the big box store because they have helped on several issues. They have more knowledge than the big box. I saw a couple of postings that shared that they found this branch not very helpful. I just haven't found that to be true.

We had a house fire a few months ago. Our project manager said we would have to replace the garage lights, because the fire didn't destroy them. So I bought two lights from Locke. They ended up not using them, because they bought some. Locke returned my money even though it had been a little while since I purchased them. Thank you again. I really appreciate it.

Other than that one person who has bad days locked is pretty darn good there quality people selling quality products
