We have used Steve Ocker for several repairs and projects - big and small - over the years. Steve is extremely responsive, professional, and does very high quality work at a reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend Steve.

I recently used Steve Ocker Electric to replace light fixtures on tall ceilings and run electric for a new light. Overall it was very professional service that also took pride in the work! Without a doubt, they will be my first call for additional electrical needs in the future!

Steve has been my family electrician for years. He has done multiple jobs for me throughout my house. He has completed every job promptly and for a reasonable price. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. I don't ever hesitate to use him.

Steve Ocker Electric was absolutely outstanding during an emergency situation for my elderly parents. We needed help fast, and they responded with incredible speed, professionalism, and care. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with such genuine concern for their clients. We’re so grateful for their quick response and excellent service. Highly recommend!

I needed a light switch (wiring) fixed in our bathroom. Reached out to Steve and he replied within five minutes. His helper came out two days later and fixed the problem, took him less than an hour. Very professional and kind people. Rate is very reasonable! Would definitely recommend and use their services again!

I've used Steve's services about 5 times over the last 5 or so years. He's done small and medium sized jobs for me like installing exterior lights and replacing outdoor receptacles. He always does a great job and I trust him.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! My EV plug burned up and I was unable to charge it safely. They took care of it quickly and even made sure everything was working well before they left! They worked around my schedule and are super easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Great company

Just when you think a company could not get any worse, you go and hire Prime Electric Co. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Use any other electrical contractor, these guys are crooks.
-
Avoid at all cost. Terrible company with terrible work. Will do anything to save a penny.
-
Nice
-
These are really nice people and the work they do is reliable and affordable.
-
Matthew Tribble is a rude punk who does not know customer service, he called me a dumb c•••, what kind of people do they hire!
-
Absolutely horrible. Came out to do work, labeled all my panel circuits incorrectly! Now I have to call someone else to come out and do the job right. Avoid these guys.
-
For the safety of their company, they need to do better background checks on their employees. I will not allow this company to do any work for me!!!

Our office has tried to get a estimate from Trek Electric for over a month. When we were finally able to speak to the person who was supposed to go get the estimate, he told us that we would have it "tomorrow", that was over 2 weeks ago, still no estimate.

I had them upgrade my panel and added new outlets based on a recommendation. Upon completing the job they had cut drywall too big for the panel and didn’t repair. When they cut holes for the outlets they were different heights which I had to point out to them. In addition they tossed my attic insulation and didn’t put back after job completion. One other thing, I had to call them back as they incorrectly wired the lights so half came on and half didn’t. They didn’t check their work before leaving.

If you’re going to speed and run red lights, try not to do it in a company truck. Dash cams are everywhere these days.

Summary: Didn't complete job per quote, broke/disconnected two things in the process (air conditioning, and cable service), left an open wire/cable box with a tangle of cables, claimed they would reduce invoice by the cost of those repairs, and then sent a "PAST DUE" notice threatening a lien. Avoid this company.
Full Review:
TREK Electric initially quoted us work for installing an outlet on a wall above our fireplace. Since this is difficult for them to get between the brick and the interior wall it was more expensive in the quote; however, on the day of install we were told the best they could do was run a line and install the outlet in the ceiling. We did accept this; however, I didn't expect the bill to remain the same for a lesser amount of work. Although this is frustrating and poor service I didn't technically ask/clarify that it would reduce the price.
After the new outlet was installed we noticed the cable and internet services to our home were not working. When we called TREK about this we were told that nothing they did could've caused this and to call our cable provider. Cox was able to get us in the same day and identified that the box in our ceiling where the cable is distributed to the rest of our house had been disconnected.
The same day we noted that our air conditioner was not working and since the cable had been directly related to TREK's work we called them about this as well and received the same answer. 4 days later we had technicians for our home warranty out only to identify that this to had been disconnected and unplugged up in our attic.
We then recontacted TREK to complain and asked them to reduce the invoice which they stated they would and re-issue; however, today I received a 30 day past due notice for the full amount with highlighted areas threatening a lien. -
You need to teach your employees to clean up after themselves. It's embarrassing for everyone to be honest. Do better dude.

Would highly recommend this company. They were right on time, were very efficient and courteous. Cleaned up and were a pleasure to have in my home.
