Took them 2 trips and $250.00 to diagnose and fix a plug that kept tripping. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anybody. they do not stand behind their work and when they make a mistake they expect the customer to pay for it.

Awesome service! Arrived 15 minutes after I called. They are very close to my home. Replaced a bad breaker for me. Very reasonable prices. I will use them again for sure.

Very efficient service on numerous items including changing one ceiling fan for another, replacing a GFI exterior outlet, replacing a remote for a light switch, replacing two heating elements in bathroom fans, and locating and replacing two transformers for understairs LED lights. Very reasonable cost.

I'd contacted Protech June 7th for the service, coordinator took down my name and advice technician will call to schedule, tech called the same day, spoke briefly of what I needed and said he'll call me back next Monday to come out! He jog down ny name and the site address. I asked for an appt. He stated he can't make appt, but will call on that Monday June 14th to let me know the time so I stand by the whole day on Monday with no call no show.
The reason for this 5 stars revising a 1 star because coordinator call me back today June 28th to resolve the no call no show and offer the service eventhough I had hired someone else. To me there's always room for acknowledge and attempted.

By far the best experience I have ever had with an Electrician! When others couldn't see me until 4 days later I called them and they were at my house in about 15 minutes. By the time I arrived home the guy was already finished fixing my breaker issue and changed out some outlets to make sure that short did not happen again. I cannot use another company besides them because I see no logical reason to call anywhere else. That is the type of service a dude can only dream of. No hassles...just did a great job! I met him in my driveway and paid him before I walked into my home. I inspected his work and it was top notch! Also, reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Worked with Brandon and his team on a quite a few items on a project. Professional and had a sense of urgency to get the job done right. Brandon helped save me a service fee by walking thru options over the phone to solve the issue of not having some of my outlets working in my house. He was so patient in helping me and I truly appreciate! He chose to go out of his way to help me that would have costed me over $100 for a service call visit with any electrician. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. I was able to fix the issue with his help over the phone in no time. Thank you again! I will definitely recommend protech electric to friends and neighbors.

Brandon made my experience 10/10! I received a quote (from a different company) for the same job for $6000-$9000 and Brandon quickly came to my home, gave me a new quote (for about 10% cost of the first quote I received… might I add) and was at my home completing installation within a week. He was very professional and quick with his communication, and kept me updated while completing the work at my home.

Cannot recommend him enough!!! I will be saving his information for any electrical needs in the future.

These guys blew me away. Can't tell you How many people I contacted before I talked to these guys but, I described what I needed very confidently, considering I'm not electrician myself I knew what I was talking about and I knew that the photos I had was enough to get a basic estimate generated without anyone needing to come out and look at the job. But of course every single person I called needed to come and look at it, and then of course quoted me way too much after taking the time to come all the way out. Two weeks go by and everybody's time is wasted. I finally come across Shepherd electrical, describe for them what I need competently, send them the photos I have for the job, and that was enough for them to generate a reasonable estimate for me. Enough so that I scheduled the job with them. They quoted me exactly what I would imagine the job to cost. And then they completed the job accurately to reflect what their estimate said. They got the job done efficiently, cleanly, with excellent communication and precision and didn't skip a beat answering questions. These guys are my guys going forward if I ever need an electrician, They have my loyalty. God bless y'all I'm so grateful I found you.
