Today was my first cleaning! Karrie Ann was amazing. She was on time, kind, fast, and paid attention to details. When she was finished our home was sparkling and smelled wonderfully. I am so thankful to be working with Elevated Cleaning Solutions.

Elevated Cleaning is the best! We love the ability to book online & our cleaner Amy is always professional and does an amazing job. They come to our house every two weeks and it is a worthwhile investment for us.

The cleaners that did my deep clean were great! They were nice and they worked extremely hard to make sure my home was looking fresh and smells amazing! I’m so glad we chose this company for our needs! So excited to continue working with them!

I have had 4 cleanings by them and have done an amazing job every time. All the staff are very friendly and adjusted times for me when I needed to change dates for cleanings. They do an excellent job and even hand washed dishes I had in the sink the most recent time which I didn’t expect.

I am so very happy with this cleaning service!! They are everything I have ever wanted in a cleaning service and I have tried many. I am so happy with Britnie!! She came in and worked hard and very thorough and had my house sparkling!! I know I can trust these people to come in and do a fantastic job for the money. They are so fair on what they charge. If you aren’t happy with something or about something they will make it right!!! Britnie did such a great job. She was so sweet. They bring their own cleaning supplies and I love that!!! This company rocks!!!! I highly recommend them over anyone because they don’t overcharge and they do fabulous work. Elevated Cleaning Solutions is #1 in the housecleaning area. They do other things too like lawn care, etc. this is a company that stands behind their word and will work with you. This is the company that I have been looking for for years. We’ve had Tony come several times now
and she is SO great! I love it when I see her show up because I know she’s going to do a great job. She’s so sweet and thorough! This week we also had Sammie join her and she did a great job as well! We are thankful for their help ❤️

The ladies were on time, professional and very pleasant. They did everything asked of them in the time allotted and my bathrooms and kitchen sparkle like they haven’t in a while.
I had been ill with blood clots, sepsis, pneumonia and a heart attack so I spent 45 days in hospital and am now recovering so I cannot clean as I’d like to. They were terrific and I highly recommend the service.

We have used Elevated Cleaning Solutions for well over a year and we have always be pleased with their service. Alia cleaned our house today and did an excellent job. She was very thorough!

Working in the Real Estate industry, I have had the opportunity to utilize and "test" many cleaning companies thru-out the OKC Metro area. Elevated is by far, one of the best companies to use! They show up within their slotted time range & have done a great job at learning our quirks, adapting, & cleaning better every time. We do a traditional clean & deep clean different areas of the home, every 2 weeks. Does something get missed every so often, yes. We are all human. As long as we complete the feedback form after cleaning, it is addressed & does not become a recurring issue. We have had a lot of dog hair for them to get around, along with some (crated) dogs that do not stop barking until they get to know you. They continue to be nice & work around these "challenges". We are very picky about cleanings, how we clean ourselves, & how we live with cleanliness. ECS completes our cleanings with exceptional results. We highly recommend Elevated Cleaning Solutions, (just don't book on our cleaning day)! ;)

As a single, working mama, i just couldn’t keep up with everything anymore. I was either spending time cleaning instead of having quality time with my kids, or to be truthful, things just weren’t getting cleaned.

We started this service with a deep cleaning, and the two cleaners that performed it were friendly and thorough. We felt comfortable with them right away. We've had other services before but are so much happier with this one. We'll be continuing to have them clean on a regular basis from now on.

person is great, and is so familiar with our apartment now that she knows automatically what needs to be done without much discussion. She always leaves our place sparkling and smelling fresh. We appreciate how respectful she is of our health by wearing her mask to protect us as she works during these covid times. The ladies they sent to clean out my apt after I lived in it for almost 10 years did an amazing job! It needed serious cleaning and they got so much done in a short amount of time for a very good price. I absolutely recommend them! The ladies that helped me were Josie and Cortrae and I really appreciate them so much.

We hired Elevated Cleaning to perform a deep clean after we had extensive construction done on our house that left a very fine dust covering absolutely everything. Not only did Teresa, Ciara T, Nicole D, and Lea get all of the dust removed, but they also made our old stainless faucets shine like brand new. We were so pleased that we hired them on for a biweekly clean of our house. Highly recommend this company not only for the amazing service but they were also on top of all communication - before, during, and after the clean.

I’m a new client but have been super impressed so far! Always right on time, friendly and Skye is my favorite! She is so sweet and great with my large dog and infant son. It is awesome to have found a good housekeeper. You guys are saving my sanity by taking some of the chores off my plate while I have a little baby running all around. I was very please with my first cleaning today. We discussed how my previous cleaning company had been slipping in doing a quality job. We developed a planned that would work for us to slowly bring my home back to a better spot. I was very impressed by her professionalism and quality of work. Lea came back today to finish cleaning our home, since last time she ran out of time before she could complete our kitchen cleaning to her standards. She spent time to carefully clean my kitchen.I do enjoy cooking so it was in need of a good cleaning. Wow, it is shining clean how. Thank you Lea and Elevated Solutions

Wasted of money and time, very unprofessional. The employee said they didn't thave the right equipment, and products to clean, so some areas don't get cleaned.Our house is a new build, already got cleaned professionally before, but needed to clean again for move in. We had no dirty trash cans, unused kitchen, but they charged for all those services. All we asked to dust everything, but lots of drawers and cabinets were still very dusty. They have a team of 4 people came to clean, some of them obviously didn't do their jobs. We set them pictures showing the house didn't get a proper cleaning, and they gave us a sorry and charge us $450 for their service.
DO NOT USE THEM SERVICES !
Update 8 /4 after responding from my previous review.
We got a quote for 15 hours labors for 5 hours with 3 workers. They came with 4 workers , arrived from 830 to 900 and left 1130 . We got charged for 10 hours.
My husband did mentioned that we needed a deep clean for a some paint touch up and dust all the drawers and cabinets for move in as well.
We did not complained about the stain on the baseboards , and understood it's the stain from the wood floors. However we were disappointed that the house didn't get cleaned properly.I only took and sent like 30 pictures, because there were so many. I was not happy to do that, so I stopped.
Three workers left first at the same time ,after that one handed my husband the paperwork with all check marks that they said they did, but it's a new build so where were the trash cans, dishwasher, clean grouts on tiles bathroom needed to be done. My husband did not have a real final inspection and did not sign anything. It was quick scan , with some questions to the worker who stayed and handed the paper work.
She couldn't answer how things didn't get done properly. It appeared to us that they didn't have the right tools and equipments to clean professionally. They came in with regular everyday household cleaning supplies.
For some examples .We asked if they had a steamer,she said it's too heavy so didn't bring it. We pointed out a piece of grout on the faucet and she used her fingers to scraped it off. One tried to clean the quartz countertops with microfiber cloth, when we concerned that wouldn't do anything ,then someone came and gave her a magic eraser. We asked how the sink still dirty, she started google and told us to use baking soda to clean it. We have cabinets to the ceiling, and they said it's too high , didn't have any tools to get up there and clean it.
They said the house was big , so its normal to miss some spots. However, they missed so many whole areas. Like all our guest bathroom 's drawers, all the drawers in master closet , all the baseboards on the stairs , ect..They did asked if we want to reschedule for another time , but we don't have time
and don't want to pay again or even if they come back for free with their unprofessional skills, the house wouldn't clean right.
We found this company because of all the positive reviews, but I feel like my review would be helpful
for someone else make a better decision.
