Elevated Cleaning Solutions! Wow! My husband and I have been talking about getting our home professionally cleaned on a regular basis for years. We finally did it and I’m SO glad I found and we chose Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Teresa and Danisha were so friendly and got right down to business. I knew I would appreciate having my home professionally cleaned but they were so great and did such a wonderful job. What a blessing their work is to me! If you’re considering having your home cleaned, absolutely go with Elevated Cleaning Solutions. On top of all of that, their communication was impeccable throughout the entire process! Drue cleans for the office I work at and she does an amazing job every time. This is an office for a construction company so it can get pretty dirty, but it feels so fresh and clean after she comes in to clean. Have used Elevated for a few years now. Happy with their service. Recently, both Meta and Megan have done a really nice job.

I called the day before my clean to ask that my cleaner arrive closer to 8am rather than 9am because I had an appointment at 9am. I was assured this request was fine. The cleaner arrived exactly at 9am. I had to reschedule my appointment! Then I left 10 minutes into the cleaning to run errands. A move in cleaning was scheduled for 3 hours, but I came home 20 minutes before the 3 hour window, and the cleaning lady was gone. Why am I paying for 3 hours if I’m not receiving 3 hours worth of work? When I checked the home, it looked like she did the bare minimum! I was upset but chose to just let it go until now. We’ve moved in, and I realize this lady did practically nothing! We keep finding cabinets and drawers of grossness. This cleaning was a waste of time and money.

Just some of the photos of the lackluster cleaning in the house, women on the phone had the audacity to claim that either our home was dirty and they couldn’t get to it all or that “dust & dirt” settled after the clean, no lady your people just didn’t clean my house, I ended up coming home and having to clean the house myself. Disgusting customer service and poor cleaning quality. Failed entirely to clean one of the bathrooms despite it being made clear that I wanted ALL bathrooms to have a deep clean. If the way they left my bathrooms is what they consider a deep clean then I dread to see the state of their homes. Their cleaning checklist said they dusted surfaces yet absolutely NOTHING had been moved from the surfaces and they hadn’t been dusted, floors hadn’t been mopped properly, mirrors not cleaned, sinks and baths not cleaned properly, shower floors not cleaned. Kitchen sink not cleaned. Blinds hadn’t been dusted, baseboards 100% had not been wiped let alone vacuumed for the majority. Toilets still dirty. I’ve had cleaning services for years, previous cleaner would be in my home for 5 hours on her own, and clean the ENTIRE house not just the main floor and my house was absolutely spotless, she never missed a spot. Sadly she moved away and was hoping a new company would do just a good of a job. Clearly I was wrong. I would 100% avoid this company, basically have paid them for me to clean my own house. They offered to “discount” the clean No thanks, I want a full refund, if needed I’ll dispute it with the bank. I paid for a service that I didn’t receive.

Just an update to the review per your response, you didn’t forget to clean the half bath your poor quality cleaners did the half bath, the bathroom you didn’t clean was my disabled sons bathroom. Your staff checked off the items on your own companies checklist, if you’re saying they didn’t have time then why would they check them as complete? In addition to this I was VERY clear when booking that I didn’t care if it was a 6 hour, 9 hour whatever service I just wanted the house cleaned. And absolutely I wanted my money back I HAD TO CLEAN MY OWN HOUSE AFTER YOUR CLEANERS. I couldn’t care less if the house clean was $100 or $900 I would have paid for it had you actually cleaned my house.

Lori came and cleaned my house. She did an outstanding job, working steadily and diligently until she got everything done. I feel so comfortable around her. We’re about to have a snowstorm, and because of the super job she did, I can now relax. Hope we’re lucky enough to have her come again. She deserves a raise.

I just had my first cleaning from Elevated Cleaning solutions. Let me tell you, I have learned the "professional difference". Karla was fantastic. She paid attention, and showed me that details matter to her. The office (Amy) seems first class as well.

If you've ever been hesitant to use a professional cleaning service, you have found the exception to the rule. They treat your home or office as if it is their own and are committed to your total and complete satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I called this company out of Edmond Oklahoma two nights ago he dropped what he was doing and drove to Blanchard Oklahoma to get some skunks out from underneath my trailer thank you red beard wildlife for your services give you five stars

Sounded like something breaking into our attic at night, we called Redbeards wildlife Solutions at 10pm and was very surprised that not only did they answer but they provided emergency services that same night to take steps from the raccoons getting into our living space, Trevor was very knowledgeable and educated us through the entire situation from start to finish and actually installed steel exclusion on our home to keep these critters from coming back again, 100% would recommend 10/10!!!!

This company is very professional. Whether he is on your roof, in your attic or just on the property, he is all about solving the problem to your satisfaction!! I will keep using this company for all of my wildlife and pest matters.
