I have enjoyed working with Elevated Cleaning Solutions for over a year, and I couldn't be happier with their exceptional service. A year ago, on my daughter's birthday, another agency canceled at the last minute and after arrival because they saw some laundry on the table. Instead of staying and leaving that area alone, they weren't responsible for laundry. SC office help also refused to assist and said if the staff wanted to go, that was my issue, and they declined to send replacements after I had already paid a much higher rate. My home is not even dirty, per say; having support while I work as a single mom is invaluable! Elevated Solutions stepped in to save the day, and I was immensely grateful for their quick response and willingness to help.
For the past six months, I've worked with Sammie, who is part of the Elevated Solutions team. Sammie has proven herself to be not only reliable but also consistently maintains a positive attitude. Her dedication to her work is truly commendable.

This was my first experience using a house cleaning service as opposed to a private individual. The experience could not have been better! Lisa N. & Brittany N. did a fantastic job cleaning my house. They were on time, thorough, detailed and very responsive to my requests. In addition, I have had several conversations with Paige & Carly in the office and they are both very accommodating & dedicated to meeting customer needs. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Elevated Cleaning on a few different occasions over the last couple of years. Cleaners are always punctual and do a great job. If you want specific areas prioritized, they definitely can do that.

As a renter moving out, I hired Elevated Cleaning Solutions to do the move-out deep clean May 20. 1900 sq ft house. 1 story. Empty. Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning to ensure they were done. Total cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Gave a 5 star rating (that I can't find anywhere to adjust). The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Sent me a message that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Honestly, I thought it was impossible. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. Sure enough. I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Maybe they just missed the floors as the last thing they do. Took pictures and sent them. Called the company and they said I only had a 24-48 hour window to adjust. Since I already paid, the window had expired and I gave a 5 star rating, they are done. Said it was my problem.

Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that won't stand behind their work. Regardless of the window, this was an empty house and no one had been it in since them. Quite obviously a mistake they could have solved quickly.

I will not be using this company ever again. Highly recommend you avoid them.

This was my first time using a cleaning service, and I was honestly a little nervous—but wow, I couldn’t be happier! The two women who came out were absolutely awesome. They did an incredible job and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I’m so glad I made the decision to try this out, and I’m excited to have them come regularly now! Highly recommend!

I also like Elevated Cleaning Solutions because I can text them and get an immediate response or even email them. Often they respond after business hours. I certainly didn’t expect that. And very reasonably priced.

Elevated did a great job on my house flip. Its was a mess after construction and was move in ready after the great job they did.

Keisha spent about 2.5 hours cleaning. She did s WONDERFUL job, very pleasant experience at reasonable price! Will be using again in future. Highly recommended.
