This was my first time getting my house cleaned by someone other than me. Kendra and Jessica more than exceeded my expectations!!! I now have two great ladies to help me keep my home sparkling clean!! Josh is doing a great job with his company.

Great and super nice. They took a bit of extra care to arrange my kids stuffed animals in bed. He loved it, made taking a nap easier

First of all, I’m very grateful for the work and it does look a little cleaner in the house, but in general I’m pretty disappointed in the service.
For starters, they won’t clean a surface if there is something sitting on it, like a coffee maker or a mixer. So we had to find places to put our stuff and basically empty the rooms they were coming to clean. Annoying, but I guess I understand. They arrived at 10:00 AM and didn’t leave until 5:30, so they were here a long time. When I came downstairs after they left, I noticed there were several things they didn’t finish. Plus, the cleaner they used to mop the floor left a sticky film on the tile so we had to mop again so the floor wasn’t sticky anymore.
All in all, it was mostly just an okay job. Pretty disappointed about the floors though.

Did show up and clean for about 2 hours. But some of the areas were skipped such as binds,windows and fire place. Some of the places that looked clean were not covered. I can still feel the dust on it. Have to clean on my own. Called their customer service and they said they would ask someone to call me back. Never received any call backs. Doesn’t worth the money I spent.

Updates on Feb/25: Did receive a call back after I left a review. Nothing can do because it was over 24 hrs already. I did have a construction at kitchen but it’s just painting on cabinets. Besides no construction work won’t leave spider nets & dead bugs on binds.

My husband and I used these sweet people to clean a house we moved out of. They did a phenomenal job and would hire them again and again!!! Also, the company is veteran owned!! They cleaned the fridge, the oven, microwave , sinks bathrooms… everything!

I’m sitting here writing this review while sipping a beverage in peace — because two Home Clean Heroes are currently tackling every nook and cranny of my house. Watching them work their magic has been such a relief. They’re thorough, friendly, professional, and do the sort of stuff that I think about doing but can't find the time to do with little ones running around.

Having their help has genuinely freed up more time for me to spend with my kids outside of work time. I do less scrubbing, wiping, mopping and more playing, laughing. It’s such a weight off my shoulders knowing those harder-to-clean spots are getting the attention they deserve during my workday and my evenings are free.

I've used Home Clean Heroes for about a year now and have no regrets. As working parents with 2 small kids having someone clean the house was the best thing I did for my sanity. I've had the same 2 people cleaning my house since I started using them so it's not random people every time. The owner cares and is very friendly as well as the people who clean my house. Home clean heroes did a great job cleaning my house! As a pet owner it can be difficult to keep up with floors and pet hair. I even warned them about a stubborn stain I’ve never been able to get rid of. When they were finished I was impressed to find the stain completely GONE! I really appreciated the text updates and appointment reminders. Although the triangle folded toilet paper roll in my bathroom made me giggle it was such a small professional touch of detail. I highly recommend and will be using them again!

They did such an amazing job on the house! It was a make ready with that spray foam stuff on the exterior windows, and it is all gone in the windows are very shiny now

I didn't plan to keep using a cleaning company but two years later, I would rather get rid of cable tv. The team is quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced! I recommend them to everyone
