Good work, when they actually show up. Decided to try them out since they handle my HOA common areas.They never show up when they say or at all for that matter. Correspondence is poor. Was supposed to get regular lawn and flower bed trimming and maintenance, they haven't done any work for over a month.

Great company! They did a great job getting our lawn cut & flower beds cleaned out. Trimmed all the trees and shrubs & got it all ready to go for Spring. Professional & highly recommend them.

I am new to the city and was having trouble finding someone to get my lawn done at an urgent time. I called 4 other places and no answer. However, the team at ideal was able to take care of us swiftly, in a time of need. Absolutely recommend these guys. Super friendly as well.

Normally Ideal does a great job mowing our lawn, however they have missed the last three weeks and I can't get anyone to answer at the office. Is anyone else having this issue?

Unproffessional and poor quality job, showed up late with no courtesy call. Was unable to contact to get my lawn fixed after getting sod that was dying. Finally got in contact with someone who told me to try Lowe's.

Got different quotes from from 5 lawn and landscaping services. They by far exceeded my expectations and preformed above and beyond. Everyone on staff was very respectful and professional. Great price, great people, great services. 10/10.

I shared a picture with google, about how your sister company has a person on a crew that had this Drawn on thier water can. And when brought to anyone’s attention he was told to stay home. This isn’t a very professional way of handling this matter.
