Fine with losing business to that amazingly big online retailer! I was referred to this place by JC Swanson's for fireplace accessories. I always try to buy local instead of online because it's the right thing to do. They have an open sign on the door and a showroom full of fireplaces and accessories so I thought I was in the right place. I spoke a gentleman that told me I needed the correct model number of the part I was looking for, a simple fireplace blower fan which I found on amazingly big online retailer about 2 seconds using the model number only. He was kind and helpful and told me he may or may not have it in stock. So, I knew that going in which was fine but I still wanted to buy local instead of that big online retailer. The next day I went back with the model number. Sitting at the front desk was a pregnant female. I told her what I was looking for and the model number and she looked at me like I was crazy. She went to the back to see if that same guy was there. He was not. I said I was able to find it very quickly online using that model number. She said, with an attitude. I guess I can Google it. She asked me what kind of fireplace it was. IDK, gas, I thought. I said IDK. She asked what the brand name was. Oh, okay, I know that and I told her even though the guy didn't say I needed the name just the model number. Again, I found it online very quickly using only the model number. She finally looked it up on her computer, I think. After a minute without saying anything about what she did or didn't find she asked me for my name and phone number. Uhmmm, Okay? I said you can't help me now? She never told me if she found it in their system or if they had to order it or if it was not available. She said, we don't normally do this. Okay? That is not what the guy said the day before and I told her that. I finally said I will just order it on amazing online retailer. Then, in her kind voice she said, okay! It sure sounded as if she was happy to get rid of me. On my way out I said, you don't get walk in customers? That's weird.
The moral of the story. Going out of your way to buy local doesn't work when local doesn't make any effort to help a customer. Just sad. That big online retailer will probably put them out of business one day too.

Great people to do business with. Talented landscapers and designers. They keep a small stock of outdoor cooking equipment/accessories and a very fair amount of fireplace/hearth products. Different wood/gas stoves, gas logs and are very knowledgable regarding all of them.

Cannot recommend more highly. Great advice and ideas. Reasonable bid in keeping with our wants and needs. Wonderful workers and attentive follow through by owner, Will use again. Highest recommendations for this local business. So very happy with the entire process start to finish. Beautiful outcome!

Aynes replaced the chimney cap on my house. Price was very reasonable and they showed when they said they would. I was shocked how how capable and friendly they were. You don't see that anymore.

All the people that I had contact with at Aynes Enterprise were extremely courteous and helpful . Mike Aynes worked with me through the whole process of what would work best and explaining why . I will definitely call them again if I ever need any landscape work in the future . Thanks again to all at Aynes Enterprise .

Honest, reliable, reasonably priced. What else could you want? I have called upon Aynes for over a decade now and have not come up with a single complaint. Five star year after year. (Almost boring - perfect every single time)

We are all busy, and certainly need a "Ward Cleaver" for the gutters, the yard, the fireplace, the everything else. Right? The big secret is that Ward lives at 706 West Edmond Road and can be reached at 340-9153. They are not paying me to say this, in fact I just had to pay them a big chunk for fixing up my front yard which, pre- Aynes - looked like the devil. I am just like you - looking for a good, honest company who provides quality work at reasonable prices. I do not write reviews ever, but these folks are special and deserve a special mention.

Called for an estimate for a fairly small landscaping job, they showed up on time, got the estimate in less than 24 hours which was quite reasonable. They kept me informed, I got a text the morning of the job to let me know the exact time they would arrive. They did great work and left my place hosed down and clean. I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping job. Really impressed!

I've had several opportunities to employ Aynes, mainly installation and upgrading my sprinkler system and landscaping, and I am sold on their professionalism, responsiveness, and work ethic. This is BY FAR the best landscaping company in OK. Maybe even the best in the USA. I have lived in PA, WV, LA, and TX. And have never experienced customer service quite like this. . The owner Mike has really Done a great job of developing a company that prides itself in doing the best they can to give the customer what they want . They were prompt when I established communication with them on when I wanted my project completed. . They showed up on time and got right to work . The whole group of guys that showed up to do the work were courteous and never missed a beat. Mike, the owner, even showed up to ensure our needs were being met and to ensure the job was being executed in an efficient manor. I will definitely call Aynes Enterprises back for my next project !!!!!
