Don't know about there lawn service, but they don't hire courteous people. We was at 711 with an empty parking lot and one of their trucks pull in next to us. They parked so close they hit our mirror with their door when they got out. Hope they use their brains a little more then that when doing yard work on other people's property.

Avoid completely, cannot cut a yard. Completely uneven, grass clippings everywhere, multiple missed spots. Horrible, not rocket science. Package said they would pull weeds each time, never did and had to request them to come back every time. They lasted three visits and I paid someone else to come back and mow the yard.

The guy who came by today named Michael was awesome! I’ve always had a great experience with this company, and if I ever had questions they were easy to get a hold of and/or responded to email quickly. Very friendly and professional!

Usually did a decent job. It IS cutting grass. Couldn't follow simple instructions several times throughout the season. "Don't mow here..." basically my neighbor's yard, and I would come home to find out instructions weren't followed, or mowed a portion in the middle and left the rest. Paying attention to details shouldn't be difficult.

We have been using Squared Away Lawns for a few years now, and we could bot be happier. We live in a fairly new neighborhood and our lawn was full of weeds. After one season with SAL our lawn was green and weed free.

I've had a few problems with this company over the years and after yet another issue, I decided to switch to a different vendor.

They performed mowing and landscape services for one of my rental properties, and unfortunately this company can't be trusted to do the work as agreed. When there is no one living at the property and there is no oversight, they don't perform work as agreed. I've had to call on multiple occasions to get this company to follow through with work for which I was billed but was never performed.

Squared Away Lawns is great, very reliable; I never had to worry about them not showing up - awesome job. I highly recommend Squared Away Lawns. The employees are professional and friendly!

I had a bad experience about eight years ago, but have used them five or six times since on clients houses. My clients have been nothing but praiseful of the jobs done and will continue to use them.

We are well into our third year with Squared Away Lawns and could not be happier. The nature of our property creates some challenges for lawn maintenance companies but the Squared Away gentlemen who show up week after week overcome those challenges in a manner superior to others in their peer group whom we have tried. Kudos to Chad and his staff.

I’ve used Squared Away for a small landscaping project and to spray my yard. Professional employees and professional results. The price is higher than some other options but for the quality of work and lack of hassle that you can get with others I think it’s worth it.

Randy and his crew are the best. A rain messed up their work they did early in the week. They showed up while it was still raining with shovels and the material needed to repair and replace all that washed out. You cant ask for better service than that. If you choose another company to take care of your lawn you have done yourself a disservice.

Would not recommend this vendor. We have been using them for a bit but over the past few months for the properties we manage. They have been less than unresponsive. Even when following up weekly for over a month, they just say sorry we are just busy and will get to you when we can. Horrible customer service and like pulling teeth to get them to actual go to a job.

Chad and his crew have done a beautiful job landscaping two homes for us. They also take care of our regular mowing, weeding and weed control. Great customer service and good and honest people.

The person in the black dodge ram needs to get off his phone and learn to drive.

Have used Squared Away for a number of years. Crews do a good job and the lawn looks great aftwerward. Special requests are addressed timely. Company can do any type of lawn work, landscape, or clean up. Highly recommend for lawn care needs.

I had them come lay quite a bit of fescue sod and they did a great job. Their guys even picked up some piles of leaves near by that wasn't in their scope.

Used this company for the first half of the summer. Every single time they came out, they made some kind of careless mistake, including missing spots, killing vegetables and landscape flowers (both weed control overspray and careless mowing/trimming), and damaging my planter pots. Management was apologetic and did offer to replace damaged items when contacted, but could not seem to prevent it from continuing to happen. Last straw was today when their crew left my gate wide open and my dogs got out. This company seriously needs to work on its quality control.

My backyard has been a challenge but thanks to Charlie its filled in and looks better than it ever has. This company works hard to figure out whats best for your lawns needs. Very kind and professional. I highly recommend them, you wont be sorry.

Squared Away does an incredible job of not just mowing, but also maintaining all aspects of our yard. From flowerbed maintenance to weed prevention/seasonal applications, they really do keep our yard looking perfect.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good full-spectrum lawn care service company.
