Frontline showed up within an hour of my call when my A/C stopped working. They quickly checked it out and gave me an honest answer that the unit would have to be replaced. They checked out my whole setup in my attic to make sure that they were recommending a good option. Then they were available the very next day to install a new air conditioner and furnace so that we could quickly make life comfortable in our house again. I highly recommend using them!

After looking at MANY reviews for heat and air companies, I called Frontline Comfort Systems to come look at a potential issue with my 22-year old heat pump. I talked to Ross and was able to get an appointment for the same day. I told him the heat was keeping us as warm as could be expected for a heat pump in this extremely cold weather (getting below 0 degrees), but I was concerned that the defrost cycle might not be working correctly. Randy came out (as scheduled) and checked the cycle and saw that it was working correctly. He actually showed me how it worked and explained why I wasn't seeing the steam I was used to seeing. I really appreciated the peace of mind it gave me. I especially appreciated that he didn't recommend/urge that we get a new system even though our existing one was obviously very old. He noted that as long as they could get parts, they would keep it going as long as possible. I will definitely be calling Frontline for any future issues!

Called Tuesday afternoon, super friendly, and they came and fixed my AC Wednesday morning! Very kind, trustworthy and informative! He explained the issue, how he fixed it , how much it would be, and how to schedule Tune ups. We will be having them check our AC units before summer hits. Great pricing and service. Highly recommended.

As usual Frontline has come through. I have a maintenance plan with them. Ross came out to inspect my 18+ year old system. As usual he did not push to get a new system. Shortly after he sent out an offer for a substantial amount of a new system. We decided to go ahead and bite the bullet. He came out and installed our new system. He was responsive to all our questions, came on time and professional. Ross is a small local business owner and has quick, personal service. Highly recommend his services.

When our aging outdoor A/C unit reached the end of its life, we chose Frontline. We were very impressed with their services,
especially the price transparency and communication. They were also able to fix a couple things caused by a previous company
who had done a furnace install in our attic. Also during this process they added an electric outlet in our garage at a very

I’m not going to go anywhere else for my AC work. The guys were nice, focused, and professional. They tried to save me money at every turn, and taught me how to do almost everything they did myself. I’m deeply satisfied with this company, and would recommend them to anyone.

I'm going to add that my experience with them has continued to be phenomenal. When my air conditioner started making a shrieking sound a couple of weeks after their visit, Ross came out at night and checked on it. He provided a temporary solution, but the compressor was irreparably damaged. His solution got me through until we could get a new unit in, which he installed quickly, excellently, and affordably.

They have earned a loyal customer, and I would refer anyone to Ross and his crew.

Ross proves again that he is the best. He was amazingly fast to arrive to our house after I made a call for AC repair, and yes it was Sunday too!! He explained the problem and got it fixed swiftly. Reasonably charged for his service, especially for weekend rates!
