Updating my review from 2024 because we just had another service appointment with them (for our furnace this time).

STILL the only people we will ever call when we have issues. Ross is honest and wants to fix the problem, not just put a bandaid on things. He takes the time to thoroughly diagnose and truly wants the best for his clients. So thankful we found this business because it's hard to find honest companies that care and do the job right.

These are the only guys that I will trust with anything heat and air related from now on. My whole family uses them and they are honest, trustworthy, and Ross (the owner who did our job - which was replacing the compressor on our AC) is beyond knowledgeable and professional and will do the job right the first time. Highly recommend!

I am not sure where to begin. My experience with Frontline Comfort Systems was absolutely a positive one. They were fast to responding with an issue on fairly new Samsung mini split installed by a contractor no longer in business. Ross and team were fast and very professional. Ross, Jeremy, Joe and Joshua came out yesterday and installed a new ac unit. So thankful for a company you can trust and always come out when you need them.

I absolutely love Frontline Comfort systems! I use them for maintenance and when I have an issue. They are always very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain how the system works and will give no pressure recommendations.

This is the second time I have used Frontline. First time was for my heater and this was for my AC. Both times they have been friendly and helpful on the phone and shown up quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to reach out to them with issues.

***update- Cannot recommend more!! I called for an AC issue again this year and I can’t say enough good things!! Couldn’t find a problem and didn’t try and up charge me or find a problem. I TRUST this company!

Ross was very helpful to understand the problems we were having and explaining everything in detail. Rates are reasonable and his work was quick and thorough.

Update: Ross came back for another visit (unrelated to first issue) and was amazing to work with. Highly recommend!

Update 2: They came back another time for yet another unrelated issue. Ross was very creative and resourceful. I can honestly say I've never been treated with more respect by a professional in my home.

Update 3: a year later some other issue cropped up and Jacob resolved my concerns professionally and quickly. I, quite seriously, cannot stress how amazing these guys are. In a world of service technicians who are late, no-show, overcharge, under-explain charges, do things half-way, etc, Frontline stands above them all. They respond to inquiries, show up on time, fully explain the problem, fully explain their solution and do not overcharge you. Well done Frontline!

Oh my gosh, I can’t say enough good things about Frontline Comfort Systems. They are amazing! Ross and his crew are the best. For years we’ve had a window unit for our upstairs area. It was hot and miserable. Ross came in and figured out a system that would work best in our area. Now, it’s the best area of our house! Thank Ross and Frontline! We will NEVER go anywhere else

Seriously, they were very attentive to interact with us on placement of vents and minimize interruption to our comfort and schedule. In just a few days we had our first central air conditioning system installed in our 1950s house and we couldn't be more pleased.
Ross did a great designing our system. Several areas of our home were noticeably more comfortable.
We felt they went the extra mile in customer service and attitude. They were a blessing to us and would encourage anyone to utilize their services.

This company is absolutely amazing. I would recommend them 10/10 (I would give them more than 5 stars if I could). They are everything you would want in a heating and air company: professional, on time, great communication, extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and go above and beyond what is expected. Every technician that has come out, including the owner, has been very kind, not "sales-y", and have worked with us with what we want to do that works within our budget. Last year they did maintenance on our 20 year old unit and last week they replaced our whole heating and air system. During the install they were thorough, quick, and very respectful of our property.
If you are considering calling them out for a quote or for maintenance, you won't regret it! Absolutely incredible company.

We had several companies out to estimate the replacement of our HVAC system. Most of them were great, but I really appreciated Ross and his thorough explanation of things. He, Randy, and Jose did a great job of installing our system and walking us through everything we needed to know. They also cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.
I could already tell a difference between the old and the new, and we look forward to seeing the difference it makes in our comfort and utility bills!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ross from Frontline HVAC, and I can confidently say he exceeded all expectations. He arrived early for the scheduled appointment and diagnosed the issue right away. After providing me with an estimate to fix the problem, he quickly went to pick up the necessary part and was back within 30 minutes to get the unit up and running. What really stood out was Ross's professionalism and focus—he spent his time addressing the problem and preventing any further issues, all while steering clear of any sales tactics. Frontline Comfort Systems gets a five star rating for the replacement of the HVAC system at my residence. The owner’s ethics and technical knowledge became obvious while listening to his bid explanation and I accepted it immediately. I had three others I was considering at the time. He wants to leave your situation better than it was before. He is a communicator. He wants you to ask questions so you aren’t left wondering about any aspect of your new equipment. There were no changes made to scheduling or the bid. He did everything he said he would do. Scheduling, bids, payments, were conveniently handled through text messaging on my cell phone. His nephew, who is a licensed journeyman, helped him with system installation. Together, they took out the old HVAC and installed the new in one day. His bid includes a lifetime quality craftsmanship guarantee! My wife sent them home with homemade pumpkin bread.
Our old system quit working one day prior to our Thanksgiving family meal. I called and he was at my residence diagnosing the problem within the hour and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Yes this is my new HVAC man!

Frontline is the BEST HVAC company we've ever used! Excellent customer service! Ross replaced our unit quickly last summer when it went out and it was a seamless process. We use them now for our regular service as well (switched to them from another company). Fair prices, no contracts that you have to break and amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

The general public knows so little about HVAC that the companies can sometimes take advantage. Ross and Frontline are one of the most knowledgeable and honest companies that I have dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone that appreciates things being done correctly and honestly. Lee

Ross was incredibly helpful, timely and supportive when we needed help with an inspection. Frontline is ahead of the curve when it comes to proper sizing and calculations for units within the home, and I really appreciated his expertise and amazing customer service !

Ross is always transparent about what is going on, price is right and they won’t up charge you or sell you on something that is not needed. Customer satisfaction is key for Frontline, I can only recommend them. They came out to fix a minor issue but we had them install our full AC unit a few years back and can only say positive things - they always give you options that match your budget and explain everything in detail. 5 stars all around ⭐️
