We have a Jetta tub in our master bath that had a dripping faucet. We made an appointment with A&T. A young man came out and checked the faucet. He said it was a cartridge. He kept to get the part, returned and installed it. The drip slowed but did not stop. So $381.00 later he tells us it would be $700.00 to fix it. We said no thank you. I would suggest you bypass this company as it seems the tech was up selling. I was very disappointed.

Nicholas came out to look at our air conditioner. He was courteous and also explained everything he was doing for me. I was so impressed with his service I signed up for A&T Mechanical’s yearly maintenance program. I’m feeling good about using them to insure my home equipment is maintained.

Awesome experience! I had an estimate done a couple of months ago. Called to get it on the schedule and the team came out next day. Showed up on time and let me know they were in route. Once Remington and his helper arrived he gave me a breakdown of the process for what the day would look like for my project. Got it done and cleaned up so that it didn't even look like they were there. Everything works as it should. Highly recommended!

I recently used A&T Mechanical to check out my HVAC systems and install 10 Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premiums. They were very knowledgeable of zoned HVAC systems and the Ecobee thermostats. John was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

As a first-time homeowner, it can be a daunting task of finding an HVAC company. I had a few companies come out to give me quotes and explain what they thought of the system I had (it was original from 2005). A&T Mechanical was superior to all of the other companies I had come out in terms of being honest, provided proper recommendations and sizing, and informed me of everything up front with no unexpected hidden costs.

The initial appointment had Randy, a phenomenal sales guy, and surprisingly Jessica, the company's CFO come out to do the inspection. They were very friendly and accommodating to my concerns of the current system and how to improve it. It caught me off guard to see the CFO come out but that made me understand the importance of their customers to them. I told Randy that I would not be immediately purchasing as I had some research to do, and he never once tried pressuring for a signature. I reached out later that week and signed the estimate as it was the best price around (not to mention they made me feel that I was in good hands (and no this isn't Allstate - its A&T)

The HVAC guys were professional and steered me in a different direction for one of my rooms which I appreciated. They explained each step as I bugged them for information (thanks for putting up with me). During the process I had questions that Randy and I talked about during the initial visit and a simple text later to Randy and things were on the straight again.

As a first-time homeowner and first time getting something like this done, I applaud A&T for their professionalism and overwhelming customer service to make things go super easy and comfortable for me.

Because of this I also have scheduled some plumbing work to be done next week by A&T (this review will be updated then).

I will highly recommend A&T to anyone that has HVAC and plumbing issues going forward. There is a reason they have over 1k 5.0 reviews!!

We have used A&T in the past for all of our HAVC seevice, but today our water heater “bit the dust” and we don’t realize it until this afternoon. We called A&T Mechanical around 2:30. Their tech Austin was here by 3:00…..WOW!
He gave us a competitive estimate, went and got the new water heater and had it installed by 5:30. We were so pleased with Austin’s timeliness, knowledge & professionalism from start to finish.

​I was highly impressed with Nick's service. He took my after-hours call and provided helpful recommendations before arriving early for the appointment. His speed and efficiency in scaling the attic stairs like a spirited gazelle and diagnosing the HVAC issue were truly exceptional. Upon confirming the problem, Nick immediately contacted Lennox to ensure the prompt delivery of a replacement blower motor. Nick troubleshot and got through to Lennox faster than my wife can open a bottle of wine! His level of proactive service and technical competence is truly outstanding.

The person who answered the phone was friendly, informative, gave us lots of options for setting up a repair at a time that was convenient for us. The repair technician was careful to put on shoe covers to avoid tracking debris in our house, did a thorough inspection of our heating system, took multiple pictures to explain his findings, including measurements of pressures and concerns about configuration. He recommended an upgrade, gave us quotes, and we were able to get another appointment in a timely fashion. All costs were explained and invoices provided digitally so we had a record of everything, with all photos included. Very professional and thorough.

Of all the times your HVAC can go out —you never want it during subfreezing temperatures and an impending snow storm on its way, but that is what happened to me. Thankfully Nick at A&T Mechanical came to my house and climbed up onto my roof to try and fix the issue!! Unfortunately, due the storm, we couldn’t get the part I needed that day. However, he was able to get that part to me as quickly as was safe to be on the roads, even with snow on my roof, fixed my HVAC!! Nick was sympathetic to my issue and courteous in all conversation. I will definitely call A&T Mechanical again. Thank you Nick and all the staff supporting him ( the call center) for your hard work at getting my needs met.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Super quick and got me scheduled for the next day for a general scope of the sewer lines. Austin was super thorough and did amazing work. Will be recommending them going forward for any plumbing work / inspections!

Austin Clark did an excellent job with the water tank flush and water filter replacement. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained the entire process very clearly. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend his services.

Today, SUNDAY, January 25, 2026 - temperature of 16 degrees, our heater quit. I called A&T Mechanical because they had great reviews on Google. The tech, Kayden Ritter, was at our house within an hour and was very professional and friendly, got our heater going quickly. We appreciate his hard work on a very cold Sunday. We now know who to call when we need help on AC, heat, plumbing. We recommend A&T Mechanical to everyone.

Nick did a great job with my tune ups for my air handlers. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and was very thorough in covering everything as well as an issue with one of my air handlers and worked with me to give me a cheaper price to fix the issue. As a courtesy, he also changed all 5 of my air filters in the return vents. Overall, he did an outstanding job! Thank you Nick!

My new year seemed to start off poorly with a plumbing issue, but A&T Plumbing resolved my problem quickly, effectively and thoroughly. The young men that came out to do the job (Ian and Austin) were respectful and polite; not only to me but to each other which was nice to see. They also answered my questions, picked up after themselves and had pride in their work, something I don’t always see these days.

We visited the A&T booth at the OKC Home & Garden Show at the end of January and registered for their water heater giveaway. WE WON!!! Micheal came out and installed last Friday and was so kind and helpful, explaining warranties and maintenance. Before that, though, when I received the call that we had won, Josh was very understanding that I had to cut our call short and call him back, then when I did get to call back, he was very upfront and honest about installation upgrades and charges.

Michael and Austin from A&T Mechanical came out and took care of my tankless water heater and did an awesome job. Super professional, got it done quickly, and didn't leave me with any surprises on the bill. These guys know what they're doing and it shows. I did get a quote of $1800 to install a water softener which I felt was a high considering I paid less than half that for the water softener unit. I'm sure they would've done a great job if I was willing to pay for it.

A&T did an excellent job installing a new HVAC system in our home. Our old system was 30 years old so it finally was time to upgrade. We'd used A&T for plumbing services before (also was super happy with the work) and after getting estimates, we went with A&T because we knew they were reliable and we were happy with their pricing. Everyone was super professional and we had a pain-free installation. We added on a surge protection box to our electric panel and really happy they do great electric work as well. Highly recommend
