We are currently in the process of having a pool installed on our property. As part of this project, our pool contractor planned to run water to the pool house—intended to include a full bathroom, kitchen, and shower—by tapping into our main sprinkler line.
As healthcare professionals and medical practice owners, both my wife and I are highly aware of the health and safety risks associated with using non-potable water (such as that from a sprinkler line, particularly when sourced from well water) for domestic use. This raised an immediate concern for us, as this setup could pose a serious contamination risk and would likely violate building codes related to safe plumbing practices.
We brought our concerns to the contractor, and he agreed to have the manager of the plumbing company come out to evaluate the situation. Initially, the manager seemed to lean toward supporting the contractor’s approach. However, when I asked whether the setup would pass a formal inspection, the manager acknowledged that it would not. He stated that an inspector would not approve the current plan and further emphasized, in front of all present, “I will not put my name on this or risk the company’s liability.”
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the plumbing manager for his honest and professional opinion regarding the water line issue for our pool house. His willingness to speak up and prioritize safety and code compliance truly stood out.
Additionally, I want to recognize the entire team working on our pool house. These guys are incredible—hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely honest. Their dedication and integrity have made a lasting impression on both me and my wife. We feel confident in the work they’re doing and deeply appreciate their commitment to doing things the right way.
Based on our experience so far, I would absolutely recommend this company. It’s rare to find a crew that not only works this hard but also holds such high standards of professionalism and integrity.
I also want to share a word of advice for anyone building a pool: always double-check your contractor’s work and don’t be afraid to ask questions or get involved in the process. I know some contractors may not love being challenged, but your involvement could save your family’s health—and prevent costly mistakes down the road.
Trust your gut, speak up when something doesn’t feel right, and surround yourself with professionals who value safety and integrity. We’re grateful we did. -
My grandmother's heat went out 2 days before the ice storm. A&T Mechanical drove to Tulsa to get the part and got her heat on well before the ice and snow. They were professional and on time, what else can anybody ask for! Thank you so much A&T

As a realtor with over 20 years experience, I’ve used a lot of companies for myself and clients. I purchased 10 acres that needed a whole lot of work, starting with a water leak that no one could find (water bill kept increasing). I called Mike Madrid, and without hesitation he not only located the leak but listened to all my concerns regarding it. She gave me a much needed water Spicket by my horse barn and trenched lines for the water flow. Moving forward, Mike and his company stepped up to help me get two homes on the property, rerouted, electrical wiring, upgraded my electric box, buried electric line as well as new septic and waterlines approximately 500’ Across the property, where one of the homes is going. I am a single mom, not trying to take care of my own mother, they saw the bigger need, and each facet of this company has showed up in big ways, in a timely manner, listened to my goals and needs and have gone above and beyond to see that my family is taken care of. Mike Madrid has pulled permits, kept me in the loop every step of the way and I’m relieved I can trust one company to do so very much so I don’t have to meet multiple companies on the property myself. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Mike Madrid with A&T Mechanical.

Austin very polite and professional. Listened to me and then reviewed the problem. Estimate was accepted and I was also told of other issues that may be uncovered. Job was completed on a timely basis. Fortunately at this time no other issues were uncovered. This is my second time using A&T Mechanical (different plumbing issue not related) and both times I felt like the employees were professional, responsible, and interested in finding out the problem, then doing the work correctly and getting the issue resolved.

My tech, Mr. Williams, was professional, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to take care of me from diagnosis to full repair all in a matter of hours. He did not try to hard-sell me on a new system, but honestly educated me that that is something to consider in my near future. But for now, with a little extra TLC, he got my lousy, grinding, 18yo air conditioner unit humming along and running nicely. I was happy to sign up for A&T's annual membership today at the time of service, and pre-pay for the year up-front. Looking forward to enjoying more membership benefits.

Daniel was legit. Timely. Checked a few additional things upon request. Walked me thru my paperwork. Pleasant demeanor. All positives.
Update (10/2025): We've had Aaron, Noah and Nicholas all out to do work on our property. Everyone has been kind, thorough and educational during the process. Quality service. -
Daniel and his team are AMAZING! His knowledge and expertise saved my family from a possible catastrophe. If I could give 10 stars I would. He was a joy to work with.

We’ve used A&T Mechanical several times and have always been treated well. Jerad Reyes is a very good fit for a very classy company. Keep up the good work you will go far.

Michael was a trooper. He showed up in 15 minutes on a freezing cold Saturday afternoon to fix a water leak in my yard on the main line and didn’t leave until the job was done well into the night. Highly recommend A&T for emergency plumbing issues!
-
Could not recommend this company more! Jaxon came out and did a complete inspection, found items my home inspector missed and answered all my I've never bought a house or needed repairs so please help me questions. Gave a thorough report and estimate and had amazing turn around times for repairs.

Had A&T come out to help with some furnace issues we were having, due to a terrible install job from another HVAC company local to OKC a couple years back (here's looking at you Warner Heat and Air). It took 4 trips in the span of a week to figure out (hopefully) what the final solution needed was, but believe we've got it solved!
Why are you giving them 5 stars if it took 4 trips, you might ask. Because Nick J. has been a wizard technician when it comes to figuring out our furnace issues. We would get it up and running, one day, then something else would go wrong that night. He came back and got it running again, then next morning another issue. Every time he came back, he was super professional, courteous, talked through what he was doing and tried to explain what and why he was testing, replacing, etc. This was greatly appreciated. I even went as far as to call one of the owners to share my appreciation for Nick. Dude's next level. Thank you A&T...AND NICK! -
Leonardo was very respectful and professional. Everything looks well done, and even my cats liked him when he came in to test the thermostat.
A&T mech was cheaper, faster (high availability when I needed it at least), and very accommodating.
