Jake was professional, friendly, arrived as scheduled, and did a great job! We requested an estimate for a future job. This was provided in writing with no pressure to schedule. The details were well explained. We have had a good experience every time we have used Norman Air.

Jr. took very good care of our A/C & Heater unit today, that Norman Air put in last year. We added an upgrade for allergies/ polen filter with UV light today. I thought the price was great and will help us with our allergy suffering. Jr. explained everything in a way I could understand well. All in all great service! I am also glad, we signed up for their maintenance program last year. I highly recommend Jr. and Norman Air.

Jeremiah did an excellent job of installing a new Delta touch and touch less faucet in my kitchen and a new garbage disposal. He was quick, clean, and professional. He also did an inspection of the other plumbing and fixtures throughout my house. I appreciate his attention to detail. Overall, he did an excellent job!

Tanner has been doing our service checks for years. He’s very thorough and is very good at explaining any issues found along with a solution. Would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Just used Patriot and I am really happy with their service! We called on a Sunday because our heater went out. The owner answered and Alan came to check on us quickly. He was able to figure out what the issue was and walked us through the different options we had to get the problem fixed. We knew when we bought our home that this would come up, but I’m glad that we had Patriot help us address it in the way that meets our needs. They took into consideration that we are a young couple with careers that could move us in a few years when suggesting systems. I never felt the pressure to upsize or lost in technical jargon. I highly recommend this company and if this service ever comes up for a friend of mine, I will be recommending them.

Where to begin, I've used Patriot for some basic maintenance a couple times before and they have always been great. I called them late one night because my unit stopped working and Alan offered to come out around 9pm, I declined as I had to get up super early. He came out the next day after a family member had some guy out to look at it and gave a second opinion on needing it replaced. This all happened on a Friday night, it was determined that we needed a new unit. They had to wait for a major part to get here and Alan brought 2 portable ac units out for us to borrow until they could come out. Monday morning at about 730 Brad and Zak showed up. Man these guys were super professional and awesome. They were here almost all day and went above and beyond on answering any questions I had while I kept bothering them. I had some other questions and Brad and Zak them came by the following day to show me some things on the unit. I cannot recommend these guys enough. To Alan and Willie, Brad and Zak deserve a raise and an extra paid day off this week! Thanks again guys!

My 5 year old made some new "buddies" instantly. As a company, Patriot Heat and Air provided exceptional and prompt service including same day estimate. The manager, Alan, wanted to make sure they got to us as soon as possible so he himself came for the estimate. He was thorough and honest about what parts and services were needed and what wasn't. Very fair pricing with additional discounts for veterans. When the install technicians came out the next day they were professional, curtious, and respectful. Zak & crew did a very thorough and clean job. They even helped fix a board that had come loose on our porch ❤️.

Kevin was amazing today. My A/C unit stopped working last night and he was there this morning with all the answers and made the whole process a really simple fix! We signed up for the membership and will be customers for life! Thank you Kevin!

We recently contacted Patriot Heat, Air, and Electric to take care of several electrical issues in our home to include changing out electrical outlets, installing multiple smoke detectors and a dimmer switch, re-wiring a ceiling fan, and changing out several older light fixtures. Brad Mason with Patriot Heat, Air, and Electric provided excellent professional service to address our various electrical issues promptly. He also took the time to chat with us about other electrical options for several things that we're looking to possibly update in the future. We would highly recommend them for any electrical service needs.

Our A/C unit went out in the middle of the night and I called Patriot Heat And Air at 8:00am. By 9:00am our tech Isacc showed up and had us back up and running by 9:45am. I appreciate the prompt service and also how he explained things to where I could understand not only what happened, but how it happened. We will be using Patriot for all of our heat and air needs from now on.

Awesome company. Alan came out and gave a quote for system replacement with a thorough explanation of options with no pressure. (Including Veteran Discount) A couple of weeks later when our a/c finally quit Brad came out and checked it out on a Sunday and we determined that it was time to replace so they were back out on Wednesday morning to install the new system. They even brought us out some window units on Monday to help out until the new unit was installed. Brad ,Tommy, and Isaac worked hard all day and had it completed by the evening. They were helping in explaining the qualities of the new system and gladly answered all of our questions. I would recommend considering Patriot to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor. Owned and managed by proud Veterans and that was a definite plus for me. 🇺🇸 Thanks guys!

(Update) We had them come out and add a new return vent for us and they are so amazing. On time, gets the job done, so friendly from start to finish. I continue to recommend them to anyone I know around this area.
We called on a Sunday and they came out soon after. Our heater wasn’t blowing at all. Shawn came out and found the issue quickly. He showed us what was wrong and what he would do to repair it. He was thorough in his explanation of everything from the problem to how our system was doing to what we could do to improve it. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Patriot for a variety of devices over the last few years. All of their people have been very knowledgeable and skilled. Today’s service was by Tanner. He was very thorough, professional, explained everything and gave us good advice on what we should do to try to avoid future maintenance and repair issues. I highly recommend Patriot.

My mom's mini split system quit cooling and I'm always concerned about sending service people to her house without being there while they are there working. Everyone at Patriot Heat & Air has been a pleasure to work with and very helpful. After mistakenly using a home warranty to fix our AC and furnace problems which caused so much damage and money in the long run (my bad decision I should have just used Patriot heat and air 1st). Patriot heat and air have finally rescued us from any more unreliable and shady heat and air companies. I cannot sing their praises highly enough, everyone from this company has been professional, honest, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Our experience with Alan is incredible he is the perfect business man he tells you the problem and your options to fix it. Refreshingly he truly just wants you to pick the best option for your family and income which is such relief after dealing with pushy salesmen in the past. He is incredibly personable, a wealth of information, and even remembered details about us and our system even years later. Their technician Don is astounding at diagnostics. Not only does he get to the root of the issue quickly, tells you your options, he notices meticulous details that normal companies overlook constantly. Ultimately he saved our house from flooding and crumbling due to noticing safety and codes that were overlooked by our last company who was out less than a month before him. I am so thankful to finally have a company I not only trust but are American veterans. They are putting an entire new HVAC system for us next week and I am astounded at how affordable they are with such quality and expertise. Their quality is unbeatable and always worth the price. This will be the only company I use moving forward with all my heat and air needs as well as any and all electrical and handyman needs. I am so thankful they have ended my nightmare of other untrustworthy companies. Seriously I am so thankful to have a night and day difference in a company I trust.

Zach and Corey did a fantastic job at my mother-in-laws house on 7/6/2020. They had a lot of work and I had added more work. They didn’t complain, instead their attitude was that it will get done right! The air is better now than before. They were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Costumer service is very good. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Tommy and Tanner at Patriot Heat and Air were the most professional, knowledgable, and helpful guys that we have ever had come out to work on our AC unit. When we were having trouble with our upstairs AC unit, they came to check it out immediately. They explained everything very thoroughly (even drew pictures!) and worked with us to stay within budget as much as possible. They went the extra mile to clean and repair the parts of the AC and showed us what it looked like before and after. I would definitely recommend Tommy and Tanner from Patriot Heat and Air to anyone that needs AC repairs.

Have used them ever since we moved to OKC. My A/C finally died. Brandon came out and priced a new system. Since the furnace was the same age, we decided to replace it also without being pressured by Brandon one bit. We were also not being pressured to buy the top of the line system that Daiken made. We all decided on the The Daiken Fit system due to the high efficiency of the system and 12 year parts and labor warranty that came with ALL the new components. Patriot provided us with 3 small window units to help keep the house under 90 degrees.
The installation was done with total professionalism. The workers were polite and nice to talk to. I wish I could remember the lead installer's name. Good guy! I was surprised at how quickly they had the new system installed. It was up and running around 4pm. My wife and I were very pleased. So far everything is working as advertised. Patriot can use us as a reference anytime they want to.
