Had plumbing service from Norman Air today. This time, it was time to replace our main hot water heater. Luke and Bryce were efficient and professional. Had my water turned off for the shortest amount of time possible.

Keith was great and knew how to fix it the right way! I don’t call anyone but Norman Air!

Norman Air is top-notch customer service. I love that they are so communicative and let me know who is coming to my door and a little about them. Our technician Jake was friendly, knowledgeable, explained things well, and attentive to our concerns. He had us up and running in no time!

Hayden is an awesome tech. He did our annual inspection and came back to do some coil cleaning. He's highly knowledgeable and explains what you need to know. When he showed up for the cleaning, he identified a gas leak and went way above and beyond to help us diagnose the issue. Bottom line is Hayden is great at helping the customer not only with HVAC stuff but he's not afraid to let you know if something else is wrong.

Hayden was right on time and diligent about our wants and needs with our HVAC.

Great guy, very friendly but business oriented. Answered all our questions .thoroughly explained the new thermostat, also explained the max plus membership which we signed up for

Joseph was a pretty cool guy. Came in and took care of business. Nice to talk to as well

Jeremiah came and did a great job taking care of plumbing issues and checked our 2 hot water heaters. We have the yearly service agreement and it paid off. We just had our roof replaced about a month ago and the exhaust pipes were disconnected on both water heaters. Dangerous. He took care of that. Thanks, Jeremiah.

Jake was very attentive, listened to all my concerns and appeared at all times to be very professional. He was on time, diagnosed my problem, replaced the TXV valve and everything appears to work fine right now. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism!!

Keith was here for a couple of hours. He was very personable, polite, honest and intelligent. He took the time to explain our options on replacing the water lines. We were very impressed with Keith and Norman Air staff. We would highly recommend Keith and Norman Air and will be using them again.

April 23 &24-2025 I Annie H. Called Norman Air Service for the first time requesting service for my air conditioner. I was able to get same day service. I was sent the name, time and identity of the technician that was coming. Using a tracking device I was informed the technician time expected to arrive. Randall arrived introduced himself and stated to work. Before he left we had air and a big smile on our faces. Randall explained what he was done step by step Randall has excellent working and communication ethics. I was so satisfty I signed up for their two year warranty. Thank You for your excellent professional service.

First rate service and courtesy! On a routine maintenance call for our A/C, Dan offered solutions to some air flow issues we had and did a thorough job of checking the system and cleaning. Highly recommend these guys!

Spent the day installing a water auto shutoff, delt with some issues thru the install and seems to have done a good job, at replumbing my water cutoff.

He showed up as soon as he could, did a good job, and didn’t leave a mess for my tenant to clean up. Overall, a very good experience.

I have used Norman Air for years for maintenance at multiple office locations (including OKC) and at our personal home and could not be happier. We are on their comfort club regular maintenance service which has been great. All the techs have been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable but Taylor came to help most recently and so far has been my favorite. He made everything easy (even sending in a warranty for a new part), explained everything well and provided options with context, helped me understand what my future life span on the AC units would be, and when my tenants had questions he was also to helpful and friendly to them. Always a great experience.

Equipment was installed quickly & efficiently. Unfortunately I was not there during install but I had confidence his work was 5 star.

Wyatt did a great job and kept me informed. Also cleaned up after himself.

The only company (after several attempts with others) who properly diagnosed my issue and was able to fix within an hour. Kind & understanding, won over my protective Pyrenees pup AND felt comfortable opening my home as a single woman - even leaving him alone to finish the job. Which was done quickly and expertly. Hayden came out, was extremely professional, extremely friendly, clean cut, knew his stuff, was very polite and did an amazing job fixing the AC unit, explained the process and was honest. Also great before and after photos.
