Randal did a great job. This was on a Friday afternoon late. He analyzed the issue, immediately saw the problem and the cure. Had to order a part so returned early Monday morning. Had everything corrected in under an hour. Checked our complete AC system inside and out to make sure there were no other issues. Totally professional with a great persona of cheerfulness in a friendly yet professional. I hope I never again have AC problems, but if I do I’m calling for him or one of his fellow technicians.

He came out very quickly the day before thanksgiving when I was fairly convinced I would get nobody out. He found the problem, fixed it, showed me what caused the issue. He did a great job!!!

When my wife started up our system for heat this fall, it would start up but after a few minutes it would quit. We had Norman air come out and they found that we needed a new blower motor. After a week waiting on the motor from Carrier it was apparent that we were getting the run around on a delivery from Carrier. I of course complained to Efron at Norman Heat and air. After listening to me go postal it was the Norman team that went to work, giving me options and I'm the background continuing to push Carrier to send to part. Needless to say my hysteria was met with concern and professional attitude at NHAnd Air. Today they received and installed the right part. Once again they have shown great professionalism . They have a customer that will be with them for a long long time. Thank you for everything.

My technician Jake was very amicable given the late call and was happy to explain every step of his diagnosis. Overall, Norman Air was very fast to respond to my call, the technician was knowledgeable and skilled, and my AC is back to working all in an afternoon's call. What else would you want?

This company went far above to replace an incorrect air filter I had received from an online supplier. The technician, Jake, drive across town to their own suppler to get the correct one. It necessitated his going during rush hour traffic to assist me. This firm is efficient and does excellent work. jls

We had an excellent experience with Hayden, who came to repair our air conditioner. He is a genuinely kind and honest person with impressive knowledge. Hayden was very patient, answering all our questions thoroughly, and he fixed the issue perfectly. He even took the time to teach us how to maintain our AC to prevent future problems. We’re truly grateful for his help and would happily call him again for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Hayden was awesome 😎! Friendly, polite, and personable, he did maintenance on my heater found that the capacitor was leaking. He had one on the truck was able to change it out quickly. He did a great job thanks Hayden.

Our technician, Randall, was professional, very efficient, and on-time. He kept me informed of the diagnosis and the solution. I appreciate that he focused on solving the problem. Also my experience with Norman Air was firt-rate, from the first phone call through the appointment.

Brayden did a terrific job completing the gas plumbing installation. His work passed with flying colors by the City of OKC inspector. Well done!

It was a truly difficult install of a water monitoring auto shut off device. What should have taken 2 hours, took all day due to the inconvenience of water main location in our house. Keith was committed to the success of this installation. He thought out of the box, was careful not to damage walls and other infrastructure, and collaborated with colleagues on solutions. I appreciated his ability to problem solve and willingness to seek input from others timely (!). Separate thanks to his colleagues for being available to brain storm. Norman Air is not a budget service, however, for plumbing projects that are important, if quality is a priority, we call Norman Air. I will not hesitate to ask for Keith and will work with him again in the near future.

Responded quickly when we needed our AC fixed. Communicated very clearly and were up front and honest with everything that needed to be done. Pricing was great, and there were no hidden fees. I got exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend.

Jake was great. He explained what he was going to do before he started work. He answered questions and concerns in terms I understood. When finished. He reported the condition of my unit and made recommendations to improve the longevity of my HVAC unit.
