Our technician, Enoch, is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. His preparation and clean-up for our project left us with no stress and we are very happy with our upgraded lighting and new ceiling fan. We were presented with several options for service and design. Highly recommended.

Matt was very professional and took the time to explain the process for switch my house from propane to natural gas. He was also the only technician that gave me a quote on the spot where the other companies just came in and took pictures. I highly recommend using Above and Beyond.

After our recent snowstorm, we experienced leaking from our bathroom pipes into the basement. Lee was outstanding from start to finish professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He thoroughly explained the issues, walked us through the repairs, and made sure we understood what to monitor moving forward. We’re incredibly grateful for Lee’s help and couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Jaylen, Felix, and Arren did a great job promptly installing my new hot water heater. They were very helpful answering my questions. Would definitely recommend Above and Beyond to others.

Above and Beyond went Above and Beyond! We have had so many issues trying to get a new sink. We thought the sink we bought fit and it DID NOT. I was very annoyed/overwhelmed/pregnant and they went and found me a sink that fit that was exactly what we were looking for! Chance and Preston brought it over and got it installed quickly. They were very nice and did more than we expected to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! 100/10 recommend. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs from here on out!

Robert was awesome! He arrived on time, used proper inspection equipment to check the pipes, and clearly explained the results. I really appreciate his honesty and transparency about the cost. Very professional and easy to work with.

Robert did an excellent job reviewing our home's annual plumbing maintenance needs (our first since purchasing the home). The inspection was thorough and professional, including the annual water heater flushing. The inspection found a few areas of wear in the 15-year-old fixtures, most of which we were already aware of, and all consistent with a previous rental home in Oklahoma. Robert explained the options, including doing nothing at this time. However, since the cost of the repairs was reasonable and a worthwhile investment for peace of mind, we chose to stay on top of things and go ahead with the minor repairs. We're very happy with Robert and Above and Beyond Plumbing.

Above & Beyond has done a wonderful job to take care of me across all service areas the past few years - this review is overdue and completed in combination as it appears I cannot submit multiple.

Robert did an excellent job with my plumbing inspection this year. JR knocked out my electrical inspection and helped trouble-shoot my generator. Philip did superbly with my heating/ventilation inspection. Matt did wonderful work completing a toilet flange pull/reset. Billy swiftly repaired my AC unit this summer, which was a huge blessing. Felix crushed my sewer line repair a couple summers ago with remarkable speed and minimal disturbance to my backyard. Felix, Hoyt, Chance, Joshua, & Jaylan were kind, patient, and tenacious in working through a complex project involving water line installs for a utility sink and resolving whole-home water filter issues from another company's installation. Each tech truly went above & beyond by providing prompt, tidy, and respectful service, keeping me in the loop regarding potential issues I may want to address, and offering insight as to which might take priority and options for bundling or isolating work in support of financing the investment.

Last but certainly not least, Amber and the other ladies managing sales, projects, and customer service have done an exceptional job at keeping me ahead of service opportunities/issues/benefits, aware of appointment schedules, and on the same page with estimates, alternatives and financing.

Chance and Cody showed up bright and early at 8am. Replaced our water heater like real professionals. Their work looks neat and tidy. Would gladly have Above & Beyond, especially Chance and Cody, back out again for maintenance and repairs.

Lee from Above and Beyond was a great technician. He took care of all my needed maintenance and made sure I understood the other things we may need in the future. This is my second time to have Above and Beyond out to work on our plumbing and they have been excellent both times. Extremely professional and respectful. Strongly recommend.

Above and Beyond was awesome. Scheduling a same day appointment was super quick and easy. Hayden came out a few hours later and was very professional and thorough. Went over the issue and pricing to get it fixed. It all seemed very reasonable. Everything was super easy and now our heat is back on and good to go! Will definitely be my go to company. Hayden was awesome!

Above and beyond were great from start to finish. Starting with Ashley who was happy to help. She listened asked great questions, and provided opinions (Not up selling points). She went above and beyond. I called a little after 8am and Lee (Tech Plumber) was at my door before 10am! What can I say Lee was like the brother in law you love! He was VERY attentive present in the moment from start to finish. in addition to educating me on my plumbing issue he walked me through the root cause and provided opinions (Not selling points) he was thorough in making sure I had resolution before wrapping things up and he made himself available for questions. I hope but I believe this is the company’s core value to go above and
Beyond. They exceeded my expectations as they went above and beyond for me. Oh yes Great price!!!😉

Matt, Felix, and Preston did good work in replacing two bathroom faucets and a water shutoff valve. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly. It ran me about $1000, which seems reasonable compared to other quotes.

UPDATE:

After posting my review the plumbing manager reached out to make things right . They came back out the next morning and fixed my issue for the original quoted amount, they even cleaned off some of the buildup on the trim kit. Robert was great and super helpful. I appreciate them reaching out to fix the issue and I would use this company again in the future.

I would only recommend them for simple jobs or home maintenance, but not much more than that.

HVAC technician Hayden was great and really did go above and beyond to ensure my vent was cleaned out properly.

The issues I have are with the plumbing because I called them to replace a shower valve (Simple fix I’ve had it done in other bathrooms for under $200). Well, the person they sent out for the plumbing told me that he could do it for $460 but warned me that I may be without water all day— Well, he cuts the water off and goes to start the repair and realizes he doesn’t have the right tool to remove the valve. Instead of going to get the proper tool For the job that I was just quoted on he tells me that his manager says that I should just replace the entire shower valve system which is over $1000. So I definitely do not recommend using them for plumbing Or anything that is not simple home maintenance.

On top of that, my shower head is now leaking when it was not before.

Josh,Bryan,Enrique and Michael came out and installed the system. They did an amazing job doing a thorough change. Out with the old in with the new fast and easy. very professional.

Jake was very professional in handling my furnace maintenance. He explained things to my satisfaction. I appreciate that.

Hayden came back out to replace the core that was bad. He had a helper also, Danielle. They got right to work doing what needed to be replaced. Fantastic job! They kept us informed throughout the process. We now have cool air! Thank you Hayden and Danielle for getting us us and running quickly!

Competent clean work. Techs didn't confuse activity with productivity. Have used this company twice now and as a retired HVAC/R tech, I'm certain of the service I get from Norman Air. Sure they're pricey at times, but good work cost.
Remember, price is what you pay, value is what you get, and cost is what you stand to lose. If it's cheaper, it deserves to be!
