Way over priced! To have 2 under sink pipes connected (after having granite top installed in our bathroomwe paid $1540. They were here for 2 hrs. They don't carry supplies with. NOT recommended!

Very efficient and knowledgable tech. A little overpriced for what I needed done with the water heater but the quality of work performed made it ok.

I used VIP for the second time for a relatives house. I specifically requested to work with Junior who treated me so well the first time. He was awesome the second time too. I highly recommend this company, and specifically Junior.

Within 2 hours of contacting VIP, Tommy England arrived, assessed the problem, and provided possible solutions to my badly leaking tub. Three hours later, he had acquired parts, cut an access hole through my cabinet/wall, and installed a new valve, faucet and shower head. Outstanding turnkey service, one stop shopping. After everything we’ve been through with multiple plumbing companies, I honestly didn’t think I’d be writing a positive review — but here we are. Shocked. Relieved. Still checking the drains just to be sure.
My wife works with Cliff (associated with VIP Plumbing), but she avoided asking for help because she didn’t want to mix work and personal life or feel like she was imposing. After enough frustration — and a plumbing situation that truly couldn’t get worse — she finally reached out.
Cliff’s response was refreshingly straightforward: “No problem, we should be able to get someone out and get it handled,” followed by the website link. No drama. No sales pitch. At that point, that alone felt suspiciously easy.
Even though it was after 5 PM, I was able to schedule next‑day service with a short 5–8 PM window. No PTO. No sitting around staring out the window all afternoon. I left work 15 minutes early and met Junior (now permanently known as the Drain Whisperer) and his coworker Dillon.
Junior actually listened — and I mean really listened. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and even shocked by what we’d previously been charged and told elsewhere. No rushing, no scare tactics, no upselling.
We had two separate clogs on opposite ends of the house, a scenario that had defeated other companies. Junior and Dillon didn’t hesitate, including climbing a two‑story roof others refused to touch. One clog cleared quickly. The second put up a fight, but Junior switched equipment and won.
Both clogs cleared. Fully resolved.
And suddenly… everything worked.
The rest of the night my wife kept repeating the same thing every time she ran water:
“We should have just called them first.”
If you’re exhausted, skeptical, or one bad quote away from handling it yourself — call VIP Plumbing first. Your pipes (and sanity) will thank you.

Mike has come to fix two separate appliances for us, on two separate occasions. He has gone above and beyond to troubleshoot the issues and does so with professionalism. He takes the time to inform you of the issue and explain in a way you can actually understand and then gets the job done. It's nice to have a repairman you can trust.
