I received a call from Darryl, the owner, who was very rude and unprofessional. Was very disgruntled and argumentative once I brought up the past reviews this company had. He did not handle the phone call well, was very confrontational, and I highly DO NOT recommend using this company solely due to the owners lack of professionalism. When I called to have someone come out, the receptionist, Erica, also was unprofessional and portrayed her anger through the phone call in regards to the previous reviews I mentioned.
My experience with the technician, Juan, was great and he was professional, unlike the previous review stated.

The most amazing plumber! In the middle of a pandemic and snow storm... calls me back immediately and helped me with having frozen pipes and no water for 3 days. Very professional and courteous! I highly recommend this company! I will be using them again!!!

Their quote was much better than all the others we got. They were extremely fast in getting the job done. I was not expecting such fast service since it wasn't an emergency call. They include a labor warranty to match the water tank warranty for no extra cost which is just icing on the cake.

Purchased a water heater last year for a great price. Installed quickly and works great. Had them back to service it and they are easy to work with before and after installation. Great staff.

Juan and Kyle showed up ahead of schedule and in 3 hours they had our two water heaters removed and new 50 gal and a 40 gal water heaters installed and heating. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience! HIGHLY recommend them! Erika was very helpful. Called around, use them!

Very quick and polite people! They gave us a quote once they arrived, and then had our new water heater installed within an hour and a half (including the time it took for the special order of our heater to be delivered from OKC). Juan and Demetrius really got us taken care of!
