They were both very professional, took the time to explain everything in great detail, and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. Cherokee Plumbing has provided me with quality plumbing at competitive prices for years and the service I received today was no exception. Rudy was the embodiment of a professional. He was punctual, personable, knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. He accurately diagnosed the issue, explained the issue, told me what needed to be done and gave me a cost estimate. I approved Rudy’s proposal with the understanding sheetrock would likely have to be cut in order to reach the problem pressure regulator. Rudy worked efficiently making exceptionally neat cuts in the sheetrock requiring minimal cosmetic restoration. He at all times protected the carpet from debris and water. His excellent time utilization was reflected in the final cost being at the low end of his original estimate. The repair not only totally addressed the problem but he adjusted the whole house water pressure to a standard not previously enjoyed.

We had Cherokee plumbing repipe my mother in law's house. Will and Stephen did a fantastic job! They were always courteous. Cleaned up after and kept us informed through the whole process. Definitely recommend Cherokee plumbing!

Discovered our hot water heater was leaking. Called Cherokee Plumbing, Heat, & Air. They were here within the hour. Will and Rudy were super and did excellent work! We were thrilled to have hot water again so quickly! Never had such speedy service along with excellent workmanship! Thanks!

I called Cherokee Plumbing at 9 am and Rudy and Steven came out that afternoon. They were really nice, respectful guys and diagnosed the issue with my hot water heater within 15 minutes and repaired it within the hour. They went to Locke Supply and got me a $300 part under warranty so all I was out was for the labor itself, and the price was reasonable. Do not leave plumbing work to handymen who may seem cheaper! Prior to this I had a “plumber” come out who claimed my hot water tank needed to be replaced. Use this company for quick effective results.

We have had Cherokee Plumbing out twice within the past week. Once for some burst pipes at our business, and today for a broken and leaking hot water heater at our home. In both instances they arrived quickly and were able to get things replaced and running again at a reasonable price. We had two different tech teams for each visit and both were great! Great service and great help with everything. Ty and Rudy were fantastic. They were able to diagnose the issue and help explain to me what was going on. They made sure that everything was working and in good condition before leaving. Very exceptional service and will definitely be using again if I ever have any other issues.
