Steven and Rudy were both prompt, thorough, and polite trying to figure out my lack of hot water. Their process of elimination led to a timely resolution. Turned out to not be water heater related, but when they had the full information they knew the issue immediately.

I had a line rerouted today due to a slab leak. I initially worked with Colin who assessed the situation and gave me all of my options. I scheduled for them to come out and do the work. Will, Rudy, and Steven came out and did a fantastic job. They were quick and double checked their work so we won’t have any issues going forward.

I needed to install an RO system in the garage for my aquarium, Will and Rudy did a terrific and clean job. Scheduling was fast, cost was reasonable and service was professional and cordial. I highly recommend this company.

Will came out today and did a great job repairing a leak on our tub hot and cold valves. He efficiently assessed the issue, replaced the parts, and did a thorough ops check. And, he was pleasant during the job. Thank you, Will and Cherokee.

They did a great job rerouting our water lines and finished the job with insulation. It was all done in a timely manner just as they told us it would be. We have used Cherokee Plumbing for many years and they have always done good work at a fair price. The guys today were especially quick and efficient.

Will and Steven were great. Very polite and professional. Explained each step as they went. Super clean. I had to replace a water supply that was rerouted through my roof. It was done in one day! Colin came out to give me an estimate the same day I called and the job was completed the same week for about half of the quote from the “big” plumbing company. So honest, quick, clean, professional and friendly folks. I can’t recommend them enough. My new plumbers!

I had a leaking water heater in September. Jeremy from Cherokee Plumbing came out, inspected, grabbed parts, and repaired the issue that day. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Just this week, our water heater was leaking again. I called him first. He came back out, inspected the water heater. He tried to find a way to repair it to save us money. Unfortunately, it needed replacing. He replaced it that day at a surprisingly low price! Fast, knowledgeable, and amazing service that is trying to save me cash! SIGN ME UP.

I had a leak coming from my tankless water heater, and Cherokee Plumbing had someone at my home within a couple of hours. Will figured out the problem, and worked with the manufacturer to get my parts (thankfully still under warranty). He was very thorough with his explanation of the problems and what is needed to fix them. Not what I wanted to be dealing with, but I feel like I'm in good hands with Will and Cherokee Plumbing.

The owner, Colin, gave us straightforward options and prices for a slab leak and hot water tank replacement. The next day, he sent two employees, Will and Steve, who worked tirelessly, doing an outstanding job and finishing in one day. The work was professional and first-class. Incredible service! I called at 8 a.m. on Monday morning, and Steven and Will had my hot water heater working before 10 a.m. that same day. Everyone I interacted with at Cherokee were so kind, gracious, and responsive.

Rudy with Cherokee Plumbing did a great job and was very courteous. This was my first time using this company and thanks to a client cancellation they were at my house within 30 minutes of me calling to make an appointment. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Cherokee was super responsive and was able to get to me same day I called for service which was kind of an emergency when my shower wouldn't completely shut off.

These guys are great! Mary adjusted a full Friday schedule to fit me in, so that I wouldn't be without water for the entire weekend. Stephen and Rudy were awesome! They were very honest and informative. I highly recommend Cherokee Plumbing.

Great business. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Will and Steven came out to assess and within 24 hours Will was back and had it repaired even though we weren't scheduled until the next day. Will thoroughly explained the possible scope of the repair and was able to fix the problem on the smaller end with the least cost. Highly recommended.

My toilet was beginning to run on it's own and I was having to occasionally shut off the valve to get it to stop. I called Cherokee Plumbing and Will came out today to repair it. He was very polite and professional. He checked out the problem and gave me his recommendation and the cost before doing the work. He completed the job and double checked it before he left. I was planning on putting in a taller toilet in the future and he looked at the specs of the one I was interested in to make for sure it would work. He did a good job on the repair. I'll definitely be calling Cherokee Plumbing in the future. Mvto! 😊
